I went into the north Hollywood location and it was very overwhelming. I decided to give the West Hollywood location a try, that’s where I met Danielle, who made the entire experience so pleasant.
Danielle is extremely knowledgeable and has beautiful taste. She walked through the entire project with me and really went above and beyond. Danielle was always available to answer calls and texts which is really helpful.
I would not recommend anyone but Danielle… really 10/10!

It was our pleasure to meet and work with Cathy. She was very kind and honest. She helped us pick tiles for various rooms in our home. She was also very patient with us when it was difficult to make decisions. She has a keen eye for color and design which is helpful when one is overwhelmed with the all of the decisions to make specifically during a remodel. She’s a very nice lady. A true gem! We look forward to work with her again for our future projects. Thank you, Cathy!!!

Great selection of tiles & backsplashes. Our kitchen flooded and we were sent here on the recommendation of our general contractor. Cathy @ the Beverly Hills location was extremely helpful and (very) patient as we made 5-6 trips to chose our counter top, tile and backsplash. She responded to our "urgent" questions via text and got everything delivered when we needed it. She was also proactive in following-up after the delivery to ensure everything went smoothly and even got us replacements for a couple of the tiles that arrived broken (without us asking). Prices were very competitive too - our GC was surprised about the price we got for our countertop since they were unable to get the same price from the supplier. Thanks for your help, Cathy!

We've purchased from them regularly as we renovate our apartments, and the seem to have a varied selection of products, with high quality. We tried to purcase similar shower tile at Floor and Decor, where the price was lower. The F&D tiles were warped, and we lost valuable time returning the F&D product and replacing with IT&S tiles.
