I placed an order with re/done and paid for 2ND DAY air as I wanted it for vaca. Did not ship for several days and no response from customer service. You can email or shoot an inquiry on their website, but both will NOT be responsive. The chat is also down. They’re dodging customers and will not provide an update whatsoever, but still charge your credit card. Don’t bother cancelling the order for refund, their customer service is a low standard. This is simply my experience purchasing online, worst customer service. It really feels like they’re hiding because they know they don’t have any answers and cannot help.

Literally google image search any of their $400 broaches and you'll find them on etsy and ebay for $20. This website is a scam. Re/Done is making you believe you're shopping vintage when many of these items are just cheap and widely available.Just take a look at their "40s sterling navajo" pendant for $295 also on eBay for $40 with a completely different "origin story". Re/Done made this stuff up to overcharge you for ... well, cheap junk.My fav is this $1100 pendant for $490 on ebay, again with a different name and different origin story.

Though the jeans are kind of the coolest and on point that you can find, continuing a legacy of what Levi's does best, what I instead wanted to review is the customer service. Customer service is a lost art, especially in the age of online shopping. Natalie, was really great to deal with. She solved an issue, by doing justice to the store's policy, but also being fair to the customer. She problem solved and was kind and professional in doing so and went a step further to make it work for everyone. (Do note that the exchange/return policy here is pretty stringent and make sure you work within those when eyeing a beautiful pair of jeans. ) Natalie's knowledge of her products is above and beyond. I was helping a friend who is in her 80s and very stylish & elegant, to find a pair of jeans that would fit her well, & serve as a classic chic go to pair. The information and sizing, and description I gave , was matched perfectly with a new style that Natalie said was her current favorite at the store, and my friend now has a perfect easy to grab modern pair of jeans to rely on now.
