Amazing furniture. Amazing salespeople. Very nicely done store. Can’t get enough of their products.

This brand is all hype but some of the lowest quality furniture I have ever owned. At this price point it is actually laughable what you receive. I received these Bezier nightstands and dresser only a year and half ago. Since then, no drink, bottle, food or anything that could cause this type of damage / discoloration on the pieces.Talking to RH customer service they told me to purchase a "markup pen" which would fix it. I did purchase it and it did not work. When I brought it up to them they then said oh sorry, the damage is too severe for that pen to work. OK? Why was that not communicated to me before it was recommended?I have learned this lesson and will be selling these items and go with another company. Please if you are considering anything from RH then please look at these photos and reconsider. Again, this is after one and a half years of use and no one at RH seems to care.

This is an outlet location, so dont expect to much. Wasn’t impressed based on the prices for the items that were available & to be honest clearly over priced. You can clearly see some of the items were used. I expected mire considering the RH stores are put together so well.

I love all things RH! Especially RH Modern. This is an inspiring, show-stopping showroom that I could spend hours wandering around in. We live in Northern California but I still make time to stop in here whenever we're in the area. We're always greeted warmly and there's always a design consultant available to answer any questions.

While I do prefer the flagship store two blocks over, this is a beautiful space! The furniture is very well-made and the service is great. They have metered parking as well as valet. Great place for inspiration and planning your new home.

I have the highest praise for the designer Kirkland Patton . Kirkland helped me furnish a new build home in Florida. From the first time that we met, we hit it off right away. Kirkland is a very talented designer. I shared that I loved white minimalist, clean lines with black accents and Kirkland methodically went room by room providing design options in person and on line . Kirkland has impeccable design taste which easily translates into the creation of stunning rooms that meet your needs in every way. The feedback from my family and friends is consistently the same ... "OMG your house is stunning beautiful!!" "Where did you get your furniture? It's stunning!"The entire design process with Kirkland has been amazing and rewarding. I can't thank Kirkland enough!I found the store manager and all the designers to be extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. I truly had a 5 star experience with outstanding results !!!Thank you Kirkland!!!

Great furniture. Horrible staff working at the Beverly location. Two persons literally saw me walk in, looked me up and down, and looked away. I finally approached one of them and he begin immediately questioning if I knew I was at their Modern store; as if he was challenging my design knowledge. If I see something I like, I am purchasing online. I walked the entire store, both floors, and NO ONE offered to help me shop. I would never buy from this team. Horrible.

I was just in the store about to buy a chandelier & was made so uncomfortable by Talien (not sure if I'm spelling it correctly) but she has long brown hair & is working at this time as I just left. Anyway- she made me feel so uncomfortable about sitting at a desk near the rugs while I was trying to figure out my measurements, she was harassing me with questions. When I'm ready for help, I'll ask for it. And I told her this politely after she wouldn't leave me alone. But she kept on questioning me. She made me feel like I'm a homeless person that is loitering in the store. I left and will buy the chandelier from the regular RH store because she drove me away. The only way I could get her to stop badgering me with unsolicited questions was to tell her "I'll be spending money, don't worry." It's rly rude & I felt so uncomfortable, there's not a chance I'd do my transaction with her as I wouldn't want her to get commission. She told me that I was sitting in THEIR workspace. I didn't know that was an employee only workspace- (I don't think it technically is as there's no sign saying so- it's near the drawer hardware section). I asked if there was another space I could go that wouldn't bother her since she said this was THEIR workspace & she said no. So I didn't know where to go or what to do since I wasn't ready to place an order & needed a minute. Should I have gone outside to look at my phone & then come back after gathering my measurements?? The harassment started the second I sat at the table btw- & continued even after I said I wasn't ready to be helped yet MULTIPLE times. (Was only sitting at this "employee" table for less than 2 minutes total B4 leaving the store bc I was made to feel so bad & unwelcome/illegal by Thaileen. I think I was the only customer in the store. And I was driven away when I was about to spend 5k! What an idiot honestly. She should be fired. Makes guests feel unwelcome. Follow up- a manager named Carrie contacted me to make excuses for Taileen & gaslight me ab my experience. Took no responsibility or accountability for the false & unlabeled "terf" of the upstairs tables to the left of the stairs. RH Modern should put a sign up that customers can't sit at the tables unless accompanied by an employee if that is in fact the rule for those tables (which I was told it IS a rule by Carrie). What's not acceptable is to badger & harass me into leaving the tables & ultimately store altogether because I unknowingly sat in this UNLABELED "employee or employee with customer only" location. Just put up a sign that says "no customers can sit at these tables without the accompaniment of an employee" if this is the rule for that area. SIMPLE. Its also not like these tables are in a back room hidden away or anything- they very much look like any other part of the store that you can sit in & there are even products in that area, which would make the customer assume they can be there. (Like the hardware, drapes etc). Lastly- look at the fraudulent review posted right after mine about Taileen- hilarious. Instead of her taking responsibility & apologizing for mistreating me, she's having other people praise her on Yelp after I leave a bad review about her. That's not obvious at all!! Major "you can't sit with us" vibes at this store. I'm sorry but do the employees own the store & exist to make the customer feel unwelcome & out of place or are they there to SERVE the customers?? There's another review from 2020 similar to mine- saying the employees followed her around the store harassing her basically until she left bc she was so uncomfortable. Seems like the employees r a gang that is unfriendly to customers & they need to get their priorities right. Hint- it's the customer- not gate keeping a table you've labeled "employee terf" & being ca

I am a big fan of RH style. We have ordered several large furniture items, Hutch, media center, and coffee table. It's pricy but worth it. 3 different deliveries and I really couldn't ask for better customer service. Furniture it beautiful. Only call out is the long wait.

Due to the conflict with a personal interior designer, I couldn't even start interior design in a new house. Meanwhile, I called RH MORDEN LA, a furniture store I sincerely wanted, and Ms. Charmaine prepared a meeting with RH designer HAYLEY APPEL. She focused on my words more than anyone I've ever met and didn't put any pressure on me, who was worried because there weren't many buckets. She introduced the furniture I wanted through a meeting for three hours, and I paid for furniture for the master bedroom I could buy today. I wanted to introduce this meeting with her, who has such a humble and haunting ability to the world.

The store is truly beautiful. I enjoyed just sitting and looking at all the items. However, Thor were a few downsides, the first being the lack of inventory on display. It almost felt like the same exact couch over and over again. I really wanted to see more of a diversity in what was displayed
