Saw the owner on TV, saw his work, not impressed. We bleach our underwear not hair. Easter eggs are dyed, hair is colored. Unprofessional tacky tired would never use him as a cosmetologist Bad L.A yellow blonde, horrible

I used to go religiously and drank the koolaid but they are horrible horrible people. They are totally fake nice and actually evil people. The last time i went the a hole guy did my hair. Left me under the heater to get my bleach going And forgot me I was this innocent young thing and felt my scalp burning I ran around asking politely where my guy is Everyone said oh sit down we will get him hunny! 5 minutes later Im burning more Im biting nails im trying to "take it" My hair is burning off I go look for him and hes smoking outside I tell him to come and he does finally My hair gets washed I see so much hair gone Finally i touch it. Its a buzz He balded me Burned 60% of my hair off But it was scattered around enough where it was hard to see immediately I paid $500 I even tipped him $50 I was so innocent and silent and traumatized in general by life i couldnt stand up for myself I knew what happened was bad and wrong But i paid and left If it was now! I wouldve called the cops on the spot I wouldved sued them I wish i did Cut to 6 months later The bald spots start growing back 80% of my head feels like a buzz cut Im in a RAGE i call the guy to tell him And he just gaslights me and victim blames me Ohh why didnt u say it sooner why did u wait months BECAUSE HE LITERALLY BURNED MY HAIR OFF TO MY SCALP AND BALDED ME I COULDNT TELL UNTIL IT STARTED GROWING BACK i would take everyones hand and put it through my hair and theyd scream Ewwww!!! Why does it feel like a buzz cut? Anyway he gaslit me and hung up F you trust F you guy who did that And f you to the owner Who never helped I shouldve gotten a refund YES EVEN MONTHS LATER Later it made sense because i was so nice and went to tip him and he knew before me. He knew THAT DAY what he did to me. Because he was hiding in the side patio. Hiding like the little B that he is and was SHOOK when i handed him a 50. It took me 6 months later to find out what he knew that day, he had ruined my hair for at least 2 years It took me a while to get my entire head of hair the same length again And looked so crazy growing out I just wish the worst for all of u who hurt me and showed no remorse and took no responsibility for the horrible thing u monsters did to me Hope this and worst happens to u all

Romeo is the best hairdresser in LA. He is so talented and unique and you feel very welcome in the salon. I got new tips for my type of hair and my look is much more attractive now. Best decision I have ever made booking an appointment at Trust Hair Salon!
