I’ve brought a few items to get fixed at Victoria and purchased a lovely gold chain as well from them. Every time I go, the staff is SO kind and helpful. Their custom jewelry is also absolutely stunning. Highly recommend this spot!!!

A hidden gem! I had the best experience coming here to fix the chain on a necklace that had broken by one of the diamonds. They fixed it and untangled a knot in minutes while I shopped in Whole Foods. I also love that it’s a family business and Victoria herself was there and helped me. What a wonderful, nice, and fair group of jewelers! I haven't purchased jewelry here but always bring items to them that need repair. They are always willing to do whatever is needed with a smile for little to no cost depending on the extent of the work. They're my go-to for sure.

I would highly recommend this jewelry store. Twice I have brought in jewelry to be repaired, both times they were able to fix the pieces while I waited. They are very caring in their work, not just fixing the problem, but also they inspected the whole chain to make sure there weren't any other loose parts. They are also very friendly.

We just had a wonderful experience today at Victoria's Jewelry! They were extremely kind and friendly. My wife and I walked in with a sterling silver claddagh ring that she wanted sized and they were able to do it within 30 minutes! The ring looks flawless, fits perfectly, and she is very pleased. The price was very reasonable as well. Would definitely recommend this shop!

I take all of my jewelry here for repairs, cleanings, etc... The staff are very friendly and you get the feeling that it is a cute mom+pop family shop. They always do it right and they are sweet, kind people with fair prices. I drive all the way from the East Side to see them in WeHo when I need their help :).
