We had an amazing experience with West Knoll Pharmacy. We used to get our prescriptions from CVS, but decided to look elsewhere after the customer service was terrible, and had long waits for anyone to pick up. Working with West Knoll made everything easy - they responded via text, and shipped medicine directly to us. Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking to move away from bigger pharmacies that waste your time.

I've gone to West Knoll on and off since 2009. I cant say enough wonderful things about them. I wish every pharmacy was as kind, welcoming and knowledgeable as these folks!

Fill everything so fast. Stopped going to cvs because the lines were always long and they never picked up the phone. West Knoll is the opposite !

This pharmacy is always well-stocked and the staff are knowledgeable about their products. I appreciate the availability of pet medications at this pharmacy, it's very convenient for my furry friend.I like that this pharmacy offers immunizations, it's a convenient one-stop-shop for my health needs.

I've been a patron of West Knoll Pharmacy for a few years and they are great! Yesterday I picked up my RX and accidentally left my glasses on the counter. They went through 30 minutes of security footage to figure out who owned the glasses and called and left me a message. SO wonderful!! If they had not called, I'd still be searching my house. If they care that much about my sunglasses, they care that much more about their work. Amazing!

I've been getting my prescription from West Knoll over the years. I can't say enough about how great they are that when I moved from LA to Orange County, I chose to continue getting my medication from them. They were able to get the manufacturer that I was looking for and when it was no longer available, Tamir went out of his way to help me, calling me ok the weekend to let me know what other options there were to get my meds. Every interaction I've had with this pharmacy has been top notch versus the large chains. No matter how busy they are, their customer service is the best. The staff and owner are always helpful and knowledgeable.

West Knoll Pharmacy in West Hollywood is a family-owned pharmacy that is up to the challenge and will go to any length to ensure that its customers are satisfied.I went to get pain management, and they were very attentive in making sure I knew the dosages and how to take the prescription securely. They also offer a wealth of information on probable side effects and how to deal with them. I recommend that you look to them for high-quality pharmaceutical services.

My visit to this pharmacy was amazing! I had called looking to see if a certain medication was in stock because I was in a last minute time constraint situation and they were the most helpful and informed group of people I have ever encountered. I genuinely believe they want to help everyone and anyone and I'm glad life put me in their path. They even stayed some extra time past closing to get me my prescription. Tamir and Mike are the best and I truly recommend them to everyone!!

I just called to ask if they had a certain medicine in stock. The pharmacist was rude, did not offer any solutions for alternative etc and hung up on me. How is this a 5 star pharmacy?
