I had an issue with my battery. Its placement is tricky but not really - if you’re a true mechanic. Clay saved me hundreds by assessing the issue himself and admitting it wasn’t a big deal - but dealerships will try to make it so- and that he can do it - quickly - he did. And I appreciate it so much being that substitute teaching does not pay well and I really needed my car ! Thank you

Helpful for they have been working on my car for so long but ended up not being able to finish the job. This group also very much lacks in proper and effective communication with their customers. I almost felt like I had to beg to find out if my car was ready or what needed to be done. Then they tried to pawn off a car to me that’s looks like it’s on its last legs as well. I recommend that if you work with them, go early in the morning and sit there with all money ready and parts available. Otherwise you’ll be twiddling your thumbs for over 2 MONTHS like I was smh

At 1st when I was getting warranty work approved on my vehicle I found out his license was expired. That was the 1st hurdle I had to overcome but he brought it current. Then the next issue was he put down 31.0 hours for a transmission job where book hours show 13.0 hours. The warranty company approved all the repairs but cut down his labor hours to 13.0 to match the book. Reading online experienced mechanics can complete the job in 8-9 hours. So now since everything was approved but hours were cut back Clay then refused to complete the job unless I paid a large amount of money above the approval. This was a huge issue since my warranty company already set the money aside and I was unable to take it anywhere else. In the end I had to pay the extra and was scammed by Clay's. I will be filing a complaint with the BAR. Putting down 31.0 hours on a 13.0 hour book job is not right and a scam. Be wary on being over charged and taken advantage of if you go here.

Coming to Clay’s Auto shop was a great decision. Very honest and trustworthy family-run business. Pierre solved my tire/steering issue I came in with and luckily it wasnt a complicated problem. Recommending to my family and friends.

I drive a 2003 Toyota and they were open on New Years morning and were able to help me get back on the road after a hose burst in my vehicle while in route to WA. This is a generational family business and Pierre Clay was knowledgeable, friendly and service oriented

This is a review I should have done a long time ago. Sorry about that. This is a great place to go with a fair price and great service. You can trust these guys with fixing your car. It's hard to find good mechanics nowadays. I highly recommend Clays Auto Care and you should give them a shot.Edit:They are still amazing workers. Down-to-earth and honest men who are well-versed in their craft. It is always a pleasure getting to talk with them. I once again highly recommend their services. They fixed a lot of things in my car and have done a tremendous job. Take care everyone!

Had a full service tune- up serviced on my jeep wrangler today. They did a great job. They did quote me something different but it was less expensive than Firestone and other big names, so I was okay with it. Plus, he gave me a discount because it was his mistake. But so far my jeep is running good. I am hopeful that it will continue to run good. I would recommend going to Clay again. Thank You, Nancy

Took my 2007 Toyota Prius to Clays auto care to replace my brakes and rotors. I wanted to support a small business and I could not be happier with the work these gentleman did. They were fast, professional and honest. Thank you guys so much for your hard work! I would 10/10 recommend taking your vehicle to these guys, I promise you won't regret it. Support local small businesses!!!

The best of the best! I had issues with my vehicle and they didn't miss a thing. They found problems I didn't know I had and I am so thankful I brought my car to them. I've used the Dodge dealership for years, and brought my vehicle to the dealer 4 different times for the same smell. After no success in fixing the problem Clay and his detailed team found the problem immediately and fixed it. Great guys that I already consider to be friends, I'll never go anywhere else! They replaced my alternator, battery, a belt that was torn, and finally figured out a problem the dealership couldn't find (a clamp on a hose positioned incorrectly and was causing my vehicle to leak antifreeze which was going into my car with me and my kids for YEARS).
