A bit farther than other branches, but this is my go-to branch

Always a long line and 1 or 2 tellers helping while the rest of the staff stands around. Expect to wait about 20 minutes, that's if you can find parking. There are plenty of banks around, go to one that cares about their client' time.

The lady helped me deposit was nice but the waiting time was way too long. Super long waiting line but with only two windows opened.

Worst bank ever. Avoid them. Horrible customer service.

I was surprised at the few stars given by others . I went in to discuss my portfolio with their Merrill lynch adviser Veronica and was super happy with her patience and knowledge . The branch itself was quiet for a midday Friday work day which also added to the pleasant experience.

I find the behavior of business banker rude. None of the problems were solved while staff only greats you when you bring money in.

Hours online (verified as recent as 2 weeks ago by the branch) and on their front door say open till 4pm. Drove all the way across town and got here at 3:30 on a Saturday and doors are locked. Pretty annoyed.

Worst customer service! Never banked at a place like this. Staff standing around and can't help me wire my money. Since when, do we need an appointment to wire money?

If I could give negative stars, I would allot an infinite number of them to this branch, as well as the entire Bo of A enterprise. Separate and apart from the nefarious activities surrounding EDD Debit cards and the impossibility of getting a human being on the phone to ascertain how they decide which branches are going to be open when, they routinely disregard posted hours, closing whenever it suits them with no notice to people who take time from their day to bank there. And even in those rare instances when they are opened, they are understaffed to the point where customers are lined up to the front door. They clearly don't care about you or your reasonable needs. All they care about is getting your money, however they can.

I'm done with BofA. This is the only branch that has been open for the past year because all locations have been shut down in the Conejo valley area. I deposited a STATE check into the ATM and it placed a week hold, BofA has been able to help in the past with reviewing things like this further and helping release funds. Today the manager Emma had an attitude right off the bat because a previous client gave her a hard time so she took it out on me and I'm sure anyone else coming in that day. In a snarky tone she told me because I didnt have an appt she couldn't help me and they don't call anymore to help with these sort of things. She then pawned me off to her other manager Victor who was more empathetic to the situation but still stating the policy that they don't call anymore and if he reviewed it himself there was still nothing they could do to help me. This company is not in the business to help people anymore and with a manager like her she sets the precedent for the rest of the branch employees. People are in hard times right now and she needs to be more sensitive to that, my family and I are done with this bank! BofA won't last long if they continue down this road.

Why does this bank close at 4pm? Many people are at work until that time or later. How am I supposed to do any banking if the bank is mostly closed?

Worst branch ever! Went in to cash a Bank of America check. I was told that they only cash Bank of America checks to a certain amount. Said ok, can you show me in writing that rule? Was told they don’t have it. Went to another Bank of America while I was shopping, asked them if they have a limit on cashing checks. They said no as long as it’s a Bank of America check. They verified the check and cashed it. This branch is very discriminatory. Stay away!!

Looks like from others reviews of this place they have a very big discriminatory problem. Bank of America when will you decided to step in? Just stay away from this branch!!

The tellers here are engaging in negligent, discriminatory behavior. The teller, Gina or Phina. Apologies for not remembering the exact name. However that teller along with the others and supposed manager. Discriminated against me for whatever bias reason they felt, they asked me to remove my face covering to verify it was me. and I did that, they continued to harass me saying they could not verify it was me. Even though I had given my ID and card and took my mask off! (putting myself and everyone in that bank at risk) Eve though, I observed them not ask anyone else to do the same. The teller, curse at me at threw my card and ID back at me. This has already been reported to the department of justice civil rights division and I will be contacting the federal bureau in addition to the local news.
