Greatest staff here. Manager Tarah and Michael have been very helpful. Deborah is very impressive multi-tasking. Deborah is a notary and knows all the bankers troubleshooting from app issues to banking procedures. And she gets back right away for any questions.

I came in on Saturday 15 minutes before the bank closed at 2 PM. I needed to have a notary form done as well as wanted to fill out a form to assign a beneficiary on multiple accounts. I was told I didn't have they didn't have anyone who could help me because it was too close to closing. The guy said they were closing in two minutes yet it was 1:45. They also wanted to set up a future appointment for the next week. Really Chase? To notarize one form? It shouldn't be that difficult.... Not impressed with this branch and won't be back. I've had my money with Chase for a long time. Perhaps a change is an order....

1 atm broken? Understandable.Both atms broken? Irritating.No warning sign so customers have to go inside and spend a couple of confusing minutes figuring it out? Unacceptable.

They do not have security or outdoor cameras... My car was broken into at the Chase across from Ralph's and the DIY store. It was traumatizing. They broke my car window and the glass got all over my babies car seat. Luckily all my wallet and credit cards were with me. Unfortunately I left my purse with some sentimental items as well as my cellphone in the car. When the police were called they told me there was nothing much that they can do. Just be aware, be cautious and never leave anything out in the open! I have not been back to that Chase since because they don't have security or outdoor cameras. Yes I know I should not have left anything in plane view but regardless a bank should ALWAYS have cameras or security. I'm deeply traumatized from this and will never return to this bank.

Horrible customer service and a total waste of time even if you make an appointment and go down there they'll tell you that there's nothing they can do to help you. They say call this number or use this email, Even on a business account! They could have called me and told me that instead of wasting all my time, Thanks! Unbelievable and Unacceptable! They're just a useless bunch of people at this branch and many others. Moving on to a credit union.

Beware of using Chase bank generally they do not have a fraud protection plan, if someone write themselves a check using your checkbook and you call on a weekend and they deposit the check on a Saturday you will lose your money I lost $30,000 due to this stupid policy they have in place, beware they do not protect your money this institution is a scam and a dangerous place to store your money I will be closing my accounts and warning the people of America do be aware you can lose a lot of money with this bank so be careful.

J.P. MORGAN CHASE IS ILLEGALLY FREEZING ACCOUNTS AND STEALING CONSUMERS MONEY. On April 20th 2021 my accounts were frozen and closed without notice due to receiving a loan. And they were frozen because of David Berthet the Vice President chase branch manager alerted the fraud department because when I came in to withdraw those funds, he "assumed" that I was fraudulent. I had that account for over 4 years with no issues. And David Berthet didn't bother to check that. As of May 18th 2021, J.P Morgan chase bank refuses to give me back my PERSONAL FUNDS. Claiming I need to show proof that I have a legit business in order to receive my PERSONAL FUNDS back. Here's my question, why does anyone need to show proof to any bank, that they have a legit business in order to receive there personal funds back!? There contract states THAT CHASE BANK CAN ONLY HOLD ON TO CONSUMERS PERSONAL FUNDS FOR 10 DAYS. So where are my personal funds? Chase bank loves freezing accounts, it's all over YouTube and Reddit of thousands and thousands of consumers robbed of there money from chase. There appears to be a pattern with this bank. Chase is using this maneuver to use consumers funds without paying interest. DO THE MATH. They like to appear like they are a legitimate commercial bank, but they really are like a mafia. And they simply are con artists. THEY LIKE TO SAY THAT THEY ARE HELPING SBA FIND FRAUDSTERS. BUT THERE IN TROUBLE FOR FRAUD THEMSELVES. It's all online. STAY AWAY FROM CHASE BANK AND IF YOUR AFRICAN AMERICAN STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK AND DAVID BERTHET.

I don't think this is a real bank. I've called them at least 10x over a period of several days and no one answers or returns messages. This location must be an error. Don't waste your time.

I've been banking with Chase Bank for over 20 years and this branch for over 10 years. They have always been responsive to my needs and taken care of things when other banks wouldn't.

The bank in general is horrible. Their policy of closing accounts at will is awful. They did that to a friend about 3 weeks ago. What a hard time he had just trying to get HIS OWN money back from them, not to mention that he waited over an hour for customer service over the phone They must have one person handling the phones, where ever that is. Many checks that were written just a few days before ended up being returned unpaid of course. They are absolutely greedy and do not care about the customer. Especially not to tell the person the reason for shutting down the accounts so abruptly. The nerve. It was concluded that they finally noticed they were not making much money off him. I would never recommend them or bank with them myself.

I am always so happy with my bank they always take care of me and have my best interest in mind Not to mention every person and they're always very nice I'm complementing right now because I've gone into other banks recently and no one else offers hand sanitizer or wipes their tables and pens down like Chase Bank. They always have their customers health and best interest in mind And that is very important to me especially during this pandemic time. Thank u Chase!!
