I took my father in to get a piece of equipment for our home gym. Kevin was very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions and find the right fit for my father's needs. Highly recommend Johnson Fitness!

We bought a Horizon 7.0 AE Elliptical on 22 January and 3 days later it broke. No way to turn it on - the brain blew up. AND it is STILL broken, 2 months later!! They are the only game in town and they know it and they just don't care - non existent customer service.

First time visiting this place...I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The set up and atmosphere was great...but what placed the cherry on top was the service. Best service I've had in a long while.
