Velocity Mortgage is a great private money lender to go to for subprime lending. My AE is Steven Haig and his "Top Notch" Account Manager Agnes Dinh...Steven always keeps my abreast as to whats going on with the loan and Agnes has a no-nonesense take on getting the loan to the final stages...They are both on top of the loan and will get the loan to the finish line ahead of scheduled closing date..Great private money lender to work with!! I would highly recommend this lender to other brokers to fund your upcomiing deals...

Easily one of the most versatile and flexible commercial loan product line-ups out there. VMC has been able to offer terms and close on deals that many others wouldn't consider. Package that along with 30 year fixed rate options for commercial properties and they can be tough to beat. Steven H. is one of the best Account Executives I work with as well.

The main reason I as a Commercial Mortgage Broke consider working with Velocity Mortgage is my Rep. Jennifer Hecklethorn. She is pl;easent and well informed on products and policies that help see right away if a loan request I am working with is a fit, I have also worked with the processor Alba. She too is first rate. I can explore financing with many sub prime lenders, but these two make Velocity opn of my first considerations.
