This mall has a lot to offer when it comes to big name stores as well as small brand stores. Came in yesterday to buy a birthday present for a friend. Found many options, but decided on Bath/Body works gift basket. It is really a nice advantage to be able to shop so many places in one location, they hit the food court and grab those Cinnabon's to go :) Everyone needs to hit up our local mall and support both big businesses and small businesses, we dont want to lose this place.

This is more of a shopping mall than a hang out mall. There are alot of stores and the layout is nice, but there are not too many places to sit or hang out. There is a shoe store inside that has great deals on good quality brand name shoes. I think it is shoe warehouse or something similar. There is a little carousel for kids, which my daughter of course always notices and we end up going on that many of the times we are there. It does seem like it may be starting to go downhill, as things are closing but we will see. It still seems like a decent mall at the moment.

Been going to this mall for as long as I can remember. Lots of stores coming and going. I'll have to admit it's recently gone up in terms of style! You're not going to find super high end stores or the most amazing products, but for a fun day with friends and family, it's great. Nice variety of stores to choose from, and it's pretty spacious. Usually not super packed even on the weekends. It's not going to be a 5 star luxury mall like others, but it definitely doesn't deserve the 3 star rating it currently has. P.S. if you're a video game or anime lover like I am, go to Small Wonders!

I like this mall, not super busy ever and has some good staple stores. Inventory is always good because not a lot of people think to come here

I've been going off and on to Westminster Mall since around 2002 and there has been many things that have changed during that time. Brick and mortar stores have taken a huge hit with the recession and internet sales, but I'm glad this mall is still around. Since I've picked up an EV, I could just plug in at the mall and shop. I usually get a Cinnabon on the way out. Who can resist those things?

And now for something completely different.... Dead Collector: "Bring out yer dead! Bring out yer dead!" [A large man appears with a (seemingly) dead man over his shoulder] Large Man: "Here's one." Dead Collector: "Nine pence." "Dead" Man: "I'm not dead." Dead Collector: "What?" Large Man: "Nothing. [hands the collector his money] There's your nine pence." "Dead" Man: "I'm not dead!" Dead Collector: "'Ere, he says he's not dead." Large Man: "Yes he is." "Dead" Man: "I'm not." Dead Collector: "He isn't." Large Man: "Well, he will be soon, he's very ill. "Dead" Man: "I'm getting better." Large Man: "No you're not, you'll be stone dead in a moment." Dead Collector: "Well, I can't take him like that. It's against regulations." "Dead" Man: "I don't want to go on the cart." Large Man: "Oh, don't be such a baby." Dead Collector: "I can't take him." "Dead" Man: "I feel fine." Large Man with Dead Body: "Oh, do me a favor." Dead Collector: "I can't." Large Man: "Well, can you hang around for a couple of minutes? He won't be long." Dead Collector: "I promised I'd be at the Robinsons'. They've lost nine today." Large Man: "Well, when's your next round?" Dead Collector: "Thursday." "Dead" Man: "I think I'll go for a walk." Large Man: "You're not fooling anyone, you know. Isn't there anything you could do?" "Dead" Man: "I feel happy. I feel happy." [The collector paces for an idea, then whacks the body with his club, solving the problem] Large Man: "Ah, thank you very much." Dead Collector: "Not at all. See you on Thursday." Large Man: "Right." That, of course, was the comedic stylings of Monty Python's Flying Circus. And how does that have anything to do whatsoever with Westminster Mall, you ask? Patience, young grasshopper. When you can snatch the meaning from my mind, you will be ready. Or I'll just tell you. Because I don't want you following me around begging. You'll just annoy me, and I'll end up doing something precipitous, like eating your liver with some fava beans and a nice Chianti. Westminster Mall must be a cat on it's 9th life, because it's been dying for longer than I can remember. Okay, might be a slight hyperbolic exaggeration. I moved into the area 25 years ago (for a woman, stupid me) and back then Westminster Mall was still rather vibrant. At least I think so, my memory starts to get a bit fuzzy the further back I try to recall, like around breakfast time. But, it seems that all the spots were filled with actual shops, and patrons were patronizing said shops. The way an actual mall is hypothetically supposed to function. For years now many spots have been shuttered; and now they're losing Sears, and will JC Penney's and/or Macy's be far behind? If you lose your anchor stores you'll start to drift. That's the whole purpose and existence for an anchor!! Everyone knows the trend about brick & mortar stores closing , so it's not the mall's fault entirely. And I do send out kudos, because they do seem to be trying. They've recently restored the kid's playground (spend 30+ minutes there every visit) and I've seen work being done on sidewalks and such. Now a huge new pizza fun zone is opening, which won't be in direct competition with the trampoline place, right? Maybe they'll transform into something besides a mall. They're gasping for breath but they're still hanging on!! But one whack from the Dead Collector.... Personally, I like this place. Ample parking because it's a ghost town, and don't have

This is a decent sized mall with a good variety of shops including 2 floors. Personal highlights are the Japanese gift shops which are great places for fans of Japanese products.

Actually, I should yelped this mall a long time ago. For the last 20 years, this mall has not been looking good. I thought back than, When Target was put inside the mall about 15 or 16 years ago, it was going to bring more attraction to the mall. I have been coming to this mall for that long, And i personally like the mall a little bit. Social distance was lacking the last time we were here. Few stores are still here , Since the mall is going through a revamp process. Hoping that the revamp of the mall will bring in more business. I think the Bella Terra Shopping Center has been killing the business of Westminster Mall for many years now. All in all, Its a decent mall, But its always dead here the majority of the time.

Stop in really quick to visit Bath and Body works. The mall was fairly empty but people really don't social distance while waiting for their food/drinks at the jamba juice spot. Also, there were a few teenagers who didn't wear mask and were extremely inconsiderate as they were not social distancing from other individuals (almost as if they wanted to engage in an argument). Note to self: come in the morning mid week, when is a ghost town

This is the one of the worst shopping mall, I ever visited in CA.
The reasons are...
1. When I entered mall, I smelt some rotten chicken. Really made me feel like puke.
The air on the main floor is ok, but the lower floor is terribly awful. It seems like the mall doesn't operate ventilation system properly.
Way too many kids generate dusts by running around the mall, like a play ground and today I even saw some insane man rides a dirty outdoor bike on the lower floor.
If you suffer from asthma, do not stay in this mall for a long time.
2. The layout of the mall looks simple but,it is like a maze and it is not easy to find exit.
3. Limited handicapped parking spots and most drivers never yieds for pedestrians.
4. Most stores are not that attractive and useful for customers to make purchases.(limited products and limited brands.)

Excellent Mall Security - I was shopping at JCPenny's this afternoon around 2:30. When I returned to the parking lot my car was gone with my dog inside. I thought for sure the car had been stolen. I called mall security and 2 officers identified my location and had me get into their car to drive around to see if the car could be found. The officers were in control, calm, and said they thought they would find it. Sure enough, my car with my dog was right where I parked it on a different parking level than I was searching. I felt stupid but they told me it happened all the time. I doubt that but it was nice they were trying to make me feel a little less stupid. Thank you.

nice job making massive parts of the parking lot unavailable. its almost Christmas and nowhere to park. I'll just go somewhere else

Honestly, for the past like 10 years this place hasn't been looking so great. The places in here are nice stores but overall there hasn't been a lot of customers or people who frequently come here. The food court isn't the best and the malls efforts to add a trampoline park and arcade was only effective short term. I hope this area is able to see brighter days.

The only reason why I even go to this mall is because I need to "kill some time" and do some shopping while I'm charging my car. Shopping is not much fun, either, since they don't have my favorite brands.
The parking lot is a mess. Dirty, filthy, trashy... There are hardly any trash cans and not everyone is like me, who would walk across the mall to find a trash can. People just throw the food, plastic, wrappers, etc. out of their cars. See the pictures. Put the trash cans and tell your security to control the situation. People should get tickets for throwing trash out of their cars. This place is disgusting!
