Got rear ended and the body shop I took my car to handled everything, including the rental car arrangements for me. The staff at this location are friendly. There's a pick up service from my body shop to here and when I returned my rental, they had driving service drop me off at my body shop. Recommend

Been coming here for rentals for years. It's close by my house so it's very convenient. Every time I come in, I'm always greeted with good and quick service. I'm all about getting in and out and they make it such an easy process. Last time i got a rental with them, they gave me an additional discount to use their SUV to drive for F1 in Las Vegas. I think all the employees there are chill. Overall, this is the spot for me. Come through people!

Tienna's lack of professionalism and disrespectful behavior during my interaction left me utterly disappointed, earning her a 0/5 in my book. She not only made assumptions about my role but also resorted to derogatory remarks. Her conduct in handling a simple issue regarding the car location was nothing short of appalling. Instead of finding solutions, she fixated on blame and spent an unnecessary amount of time reprimanding me. Even when I sought alternatives to salvage the situation, she continued to pin the blame on me. Furthermore, her unapologetic demeanor and refusal to provide the necessary information I needed to reach the Enterprise location were the last straws. It was evident that her focus was more on casting blame than assisting a customer in need. To make matters worse, I was met with a smirking and unprofessional attitude upon arriving at the Enterprise desk. On the contrary, Justin's exceptional customer service truly shone in comparison. His professionalism and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction were evident throughout our interaction. He went above and beyond to rectify the situation and provided the kind of service one would expect from a reputable establishment. Justin's assistance and demeanor single-handedly saved this review from a 1/5, earning him a solid 6/5, and bringing the review up to 3/5 In conclusion, Tienna's behavior showcased a complete lack of regard for customers and tarnished the otherwise reputed image of Enterprise. I sincerely hope that appropriate action is taken to address her conduct and ensure that future customers do not endure such a distressing experience. Btw Shes the blond haired lady that looks like shes a recovering meth addict or active alcoholic, more suited for a trucker stop that a professional establisment

there is a lady working there she is so friendly and always stylish looking :~) maybe she is the manager. Amazing team, will rent a car next time. This time needed to go with a hybrid ! But I believe the also rent Tesla?

Customer service was excellent. I had a rough time with the rented equipment but branch Manager Mr. Lipert handled the situation very professionally and had genuine sympathy for my hardship. All the team members at that location are kind, personable, and easy to get along with.

My husband and I have been very disappointed in this location customer service and will now start using Hertz for all our rental needs from here on... They said that they will refund me all my money, even though I do understand that we did use the car but one of the managers said they will refund me the money because we were so unsatisfied with their service this time. I had someone call from the corporate office and said they will not be refunding me the money bc we did use the service and did rent out the car. And yes, I understand that but then don't have one of your managers tell me that they will refund me the money then. We have been coming to this location for a while now and has referred several people over to them. But no more!!! We are done with the run around and saying things and not following through. This is not good service!!! WE ARE DONE!! Goodbye Enterprise HB!!!!!!

Should learn my lesson about renting from Enterprise constant nonsense made reservation for an all-wheel drive vehicle the day of the trip called to make sure they would have one available actually called multiple locations when I finally went to pick up the car which they were supposed to call when it was ready and did not The manager came out and told me I would have to pay more for the all-wheel drive and then wasted 10 minutes trying to figure out how much extra to charge me. Super disappointed.

Kelley was the only one there, but she was very polite and helpful trying to do everything all by herself. Yes there was long wait, in person and on the phone, but she made it happen. Thank you Kelley.

The lack of communication within employees is very frustrating and unprofessional on their end. First started with lack of communication with repair man who was trying to get me a ride to their rentals, which they said they're short staffed and i could WALK to their office since it wasn't far. RepairMan kindly gave me a ride due to me not knowing the area. Was told they accept apple pay, not true. Let them know it wasn't a problem, asked if my partner would be able to come pay for my security deposit due to losing Card and awaiting new one & they said of course and guaranteed me with no issues. Had to lyft home, only to come back with partner and have a different employee say that my partner is unable to pay for it & there's nothing he could do about it. Instead of having me go back & forth & back, communication accurately within each other to avoid inconveniences.
