This place has many great karaoke systems and also high quality speakers. Their staffs were very friendly and helpful. They took their time to explain and show us how to set up. Yes, I do recommend this place if anyone needs a set of karaoke system. Me and my girlfriend we love it so much that she won’t stop singing. The sound is great and there’s no static. Anh My also is a great guy. He helped us explaining to us since we are first timers. And of course Quynh is an expert and very knowledgeable on karaoke system. Whatever you need just ask her and she will show you the best that you need. It’s a First Come First Serve Basis. Thank you em Quynh for a great hookup and discount on the set.

If you need a quality karaoke system with someone who is knowledgeable and dedicated that can show you around, this is definitely the go-to place. Ms Quynh is so kind and passionate. She is super patient with us the whole time. We end up getting the mini karaoke system. Price is more fair and reasonable. The system fits perfectly with my small home. Definitely recommend this place if you want to check out some quality karaoke system. Make sure you ask for Ms Quynh and Mr Vien.

Needed to purchase a microphone and been shopping around but I finally found a place that satisfy their customers with every aspects of business . I called the place and it was answered by Quinn and she walked me through the entire microphones that she had on the shelf. I came in the next morning and purchased the product and I was very pleased how Quinn treated me so I must say that my whole experience was very satisfying.

This place is a must go if you want to upgrade your karaoke set or set up a new set. They carry many high quality karaoke sets and speakers. Staffs are welcome and friendly. Plenty parking spots.

Updated 4/5/2020After the initial nightmare that we had to go through, owner has been working to accomodate our exchanges and provided over the phone help and cables to help fix our set up. While it was not perfect, the fix does deserve an updated reviewWe purchased a system well over 3k within an hour of visiting the store. They told us they have been in business very long and even said they have a second location on Euclid. Promise free installation with the equipments we had purchased and also said if something doesnt fit right we can exchange. Long story short, the delivery guy just dropped the stuff, have us some basic information on how to use it and took off. Luckily we have a brother in law that understands how to install and got everything set up. Once installed it works but the speakers and amp were a little bit bigger than our cabinet so we called and asked if we can exchange for something smaller to make it fit. They said any exchange is a 30% restocking fee, this was never once mentioned and no where stated on the receipt. The gal who sold it to us gave me her cell and I tried to call her with no luck. We told them we are okay with 10 percent restocking but they want 30 %. I would imagine their other locations in Euclid location has this same shady business practice. Be aware but look elsewhere for your karaoke business.

The staff is friendly knowledgeable. Eventhough we have trouble while self-setting the system at home but they sent the technician out right away and helped us everything. The karaoke system is satisfied and well-performed. Thank you for your service.Highly recommend.
