I've been a member for about seven years and it's been the best investment into my health and staying fit. The trainers are motivating, experienced and knowledgeable and bring new and challenging workouts for us every day. The best part however, are the other members who constantly motivate and encourage each other. There's never any judgement or competition from your AFF (Awesome Fit Family), just support. You'll find every body type and fitness level at every session, and the workouts can be modified to fit your own ability. I'd give this gym 10stars if I could.

If you're looking to improve your health, surrounded by positive energy and people who genuinely want to see you succeed at your fitness goals, then this place is for you. The owners of this facility (Tony & Kerica) are regularly there and cheering you on just as much as your trainer. The facility is clean and equipment is in great condition. I'm am currently doing the 6-week 20 pound weigh loss challenge. Currently in week 5 and have seen major results! The diet plan is practical and I've been able to stick to it easily. The classes are a great way to get the calorie burn in and I like that they've added a focus on mobility too. I've been exercising regularly for 5 weeks and definitely feel myself getting stronger, but I haven't been so sore that I've had to skip a class.

6 weeks ago I decided to start the 20lb 6 week challenge to help me lose the weight I kept struggling to get rid of. This whole process really forced me to be consistent and show up for myself even when I wanted to sleep in or wanted to cave and eat all the sweets. The trainers here were so amazing and helpful. Super motivating. Always making me smile or laugh because as they say it makes the workout easier and they weren't wrong. I'm happy to say I completed my challenge and lost 20lbs exactly. Not only did I lose the weight but I also feel so much stronger. I started out with light weights and graduated to slightly heavier weights by time my challenge ended and that is amazing to me since I've never really had any sort of upper body strength. This challenge ended up meaning more to me than just weight loss and I'm thankful for every trainer and every kind member that cheered everyone on throughout my time there.

If you need to lose weight, get tone or release some endorphins, this is the place for you. The trainers and staff are really friendly and helpful. The owners Tony & Kerica really care about your well being and are there to help. Kerica especially helped me with accountability and encouraged me to take care of myself after I had taken a hiatus from working out. I'm so grateful for The Camp in so many ways. I learned so much about myself through taking their classes and completing their challenges. The first time I ever set foot in The Camp it was so intimidating looking at the weight racks, gigantic tires and Olympic bars. However, it really is mind over matter when you have a goal you want to accomplish. Overall, my experience with The Camp has been life changing. If you're reading this, give The Camp a try. It could be the start of a great journey.

Love the variety of the workouts, the different days that focus on certain body parts & the mix of levels of skill-set of those that go. It's a large gym and you are able to modify the workouts accordingly. I like their attitude & their flexibility of class options (early AM/late evenings available) . Started going in June for the 21 day challenge - I didn't see a lot of results as I didn't follow a healthy eating routine along with the workouts + didn't go for like two weeks (my fault), but I continued the month to month and am going 4-5x/week and feel myself stronger & more agile. Especially working in an office...it is a GREAT release of stress. Wish the music sometimes was better, but each coach has their style. Really like leg days surprisingly!

I started the 6 week fitness challenge with hopes of losing 20lbs, that ended Friday the 2nd. I am VERY HAPPY to say that with hard work, dedication, following the meal plan , and A lot of help from all the amazing trainers and staff at The Camp Transformation Center - Westminster I was able to lose 26.2 lbs!!!! Growing up and playing sports year round, dieting and watching how much I eat was never even a thought. Once I finished my time in college playing soccer and running on the track team. Life took over and working out just didn't happen as much as I would have liked. When I found out about The Camp from my buddy and saw his journey and how amazing he did. I knew this was the right challenge to push my self to be better and to take my fitness journey back in my own hands again! The camp westminster is full of AMAZING trainers and staff that are so welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, and inspiring! Everyday they have a huge smile on there face and are there to push you and make you better inside and out! They are there to help you hit whatever fitness goals you want! If you're on the fence of wanting to do a fitness challenge or just get back in the gym use this as a sign to take that leap and do it! The hardest part is starting. Once you're in it and find that rhythm you're going to be so happy you did! I know I could not be happier and that's why I'm going to continue my fitness journey with the Camp Westminster TC!! So I hope they arnt tired of me yet cause they are gonna see a lot more of me haha

The Camp Westminister is hands down one of the best gyms I have ever been a member of! From the jump, the community is like a family and the unity within the entire camp AFF is amazing. Everyone and the trainers are so encouraging, always making sure you are doing well, and motivating one another. I love that I can just walk in and not have to worry about planning my own workouts, it's all done for you. Just completed a challenge and I made it! So happy to be apart of The New West AFF On to the next challenge, I've got goals!

Another 5am workout this morning! #2 HIIT session geared towards lower body and core exercises. Very challenging workout today but what a great feeling of accomplishment once completed!
