Horrible customer service and horrible store policies! Not helpful at all! They have just lost multiple customers that shop there often. I will NEVER shop there again. I have worked in retail management for years and have never seen such poor customer service! I don't even think this store/corporation deserves one star. Very disappointed!

They used to have better deals and more of a stylish collection. It's also smaller and on the bottom floor. It was ok I guess.

OMG best shopping experience ever! I live about the same distance between two different Children's Places, give or take a few miles. I was in the area and went to the one at the Westminister Mall, which I rarely visit due to distance. What a pleasant surprise it was to walk into the store and find everything nicely folded, organized, and with displays neatly and clearly marked. The store was pristine! It was so nice to be able to shop with everything so clean, clearly marked, labeled, and not waist time sorting through a mess of piles of clothes like other stores I've been too, just to find they don't carry the size I need. It only got better from here, when the clerk Ana, went out of her way to help me find a shirt without me asking for help. Then, when I thought it couldn't get any better the store manager, Yvon stepped in to help me order some items I could not find in store and was able to honor online pricing when ordering. WOW! I've never had such a positive shopping experience at a Children's Place! From now on I will never shop at any other Children's Place than the one at the Westminister Mall. It is totally worth the drive to be able to shop in such great conditions and to receive exceptional customer service! It was truly beyond my expectations! Thank you, Ana, Yvon, and the Children's Place! I most definitely will be back!

There were three employees working the day that I went and all three were at the checkout. When I was checking out never once was I greeted, she three the receipt at me as well. The only reason I could possibly give it a two star is only because they're availability in clothing was great. Probably will never go back because of poor customer service.

I will never shop here again. Beware if you unlucky enough to meet the girl name Mercedes. She is so rude. The other girl scan my items and I like to get 1 more since it's show on sale when scans it. When I came back she's helping other customer at another register. Which is fine with me cause I left for a moment. She called for help and Mercedes came. She asked me if the other girl scan the item on the top yet. I told her she did. But then she kept checking and asking the other girl again. If she doesn't trust me then don't even bother to ask me. I told her again that the other girl did already. Which she did. Now she yell at me saying can u let me do my job? Hell yah I let u do your job if u didn't ask me and check in your register. I told her she doesn't have to be so rude about it. Unbelievable, this is the first time I ever see someone so rude at the register in my entire life.

Everyone working there seemed happy and were kind and helpful. There are more options online, but I had a return to make. Bummed the Huntington Beach location closed. Great deals

Horrible horrible customer service. Simply stated something and got a very rude, sarcastic response. In my opinion it was very inappropriate on how the staff responded to me. I do not recommend this store. Horrible staff. Seem very lazy

Extremely bad customer service. Was not greeted, no smiles, no help. Walked around store aimlessly. When I did ask a question, the lady was not very nice. I put down the items I was going to get and walked out.

Not surprised to see this place only has a two star rating. That's the most I would give it. Poor customer service. I shopped there for the first time during the holidays and realized everything was on sale because it was so overpriced to begin with. I was give a $10 coupon to use after the holidays and thought it was like Kohls cash. But I discovered you have to spend a minimum of $20 to use the $10. When I went back to exchange an Easter onesie for St. Patricks, the girl wouldn't do it without a receipt. I later returned with the receipt, and she wanted to charge me $3 even though both onesies were the same original price and same sale price. She said because I had used the coupon, the Easter onesie had rung up as $3.13 so I could only exchange Easter for Easter if I didn't want to pay more. I left and I won't be back. There are cuter clothes, nicer staff and better deals at Target just a few steps away from this place.

I made a large online order on 11/27/17. On 12/13/17, I received my shipment and one of my items was wrong. When I went to the store on 12/14/17, Hannah tried very hard to correct the mistake. Very rudely, a women standing next to me in line chimed in and said she was the store manager and they cannot help me in the store and that "I should have called in instead of going into the store." I explained to her I had already been waiting on my shipment for almost 3 weeks and I needed them for the holidays. She was persistent saying they can do nothing and the stores are separate from on line purchases. After spending almost my whole lunch hour, I had to repurchase the top that was missing in my order. This afternoon I called customer service regarding what had happened and Jackie pleasantly reassured she would refund the money for the top I didn't receive and I could keep the wrong item I received. I asked Jackie about their policy and she said I should have been able to do everything in the store. Mercedes should NOT be working in an environment with children. She is rude and nonchalant, which are qualities a "manager" should never have. I'll never shop at this location and still not sure if I'll ever shop with this company.

Rude staff and unprofessional customer service. The lady Merisse is a b***** She is racist and rude and treats people like if they are s**** I don't know how is she still working there!!! People please report the staff to Children's place corporate, since action must be taken against them.

Terrible Service. The manager closed the store at 8:24pm when the mall and the rest of the stores close at 9pm. As customers proceeded to come in, the manager kicked them out because they were technically closed since it takes them "awhile to clean up the store at 9pm".

Would give zero stars if I could. Cashier rang up an item twice, but I didn't notice until getting home. I called the store to ask for a refund over the phone but was refused, claiming I needed to return to the store to fix their mistake. For an item only costing $3, I'm not willing to spend my time and gas.

I'm having trouble understanding the low stars for this store. The sales associates are the friendliest, most helpful and understanding people I've worked with in retail in quite some time. I had lesser service at Nordstrom recently. Thank you so much for all the help... It's a boy! So cool of you gals to take our exchange of all the girl clothes to the boy clothes. Thanks a million!
