Everything went well until I was charged $400 for simple form ...I went to Jackson hewitt & was charged half that amount...never have I paid so much for my taxes

Too expensive. Then, they want to charge you and extra $39 if you want direct deposit because they changed banks. What does that have to do with me? Never going back to ANY H&R BLOCK.
