First of all I wanted start of by stating, not only did Victor process our loan, but he was very helpful with answering any question we had as first time buyers. He was really thorough with the information he was providing us and explaining the info so we could understand it. Even after we closed escrow, Victor still keeps making himself available to answer any questions big or small that benefits our financial future with our home. We will continue working with victor. Looking forward to future business.

Hase como 20 años tube la fortuna de trabajar en mi primer propiedad con Nationwide home loans y El Sr Victor Sanchez,El profesionalismo con El que nos trato desde la primer llamada nos hiso sentir que habiamos tomato la decision correcta; Durante todo El proceso nos explico y advirtio lo que seguia paso a paso. Fue una compra facil sin sorpresas gracias en gran parte Al Sr Victor!Mi Segunda propiedad por supuesto que hiva a husar a Nationwide home loans y al Sr Victor Sanchez y como la primer ves a pesar que El banco hiso peticiones.......La experiensia del Sr Victor y la dedicacion que pone para hayudar a sus clientes, me dio informacion de las compañias que me podian hayudar ( construction,fumigation).Despues de 2 tremendas y gratas experiencias; pense ojala que alguna dia mi hijo tenga la suerte y de trabajar con El Sr Victor!Hase 4 meses mi sueño SE empeso haser realidad mi hijo empeso El proceso de su primer compra y como es de esperarse y apesar de esta situacion de enastibilidad economica El Sr Victor Sanchez hiso lo que otras compañias le dijeron a mi hijo que hiva haser Muy Dificil por la situacion investable.Gracias Sr Victor Sanchez y Nationwide home loans por su dedicacion profesionalismo y sobre todos por haver hayudado a mi hijo en que El proceso apesar de que me lo habian asustado usted lo hiso ver todo facil respondiendole CADA textos, CADA llamada , llendo mas de lo que es su ramo de trabajo. My wife and I were naturally nervous and hesitant at first but looking back, i wouldn't be stating my experience as a breeze if I didn't have Victor Sanchez guiding me through the mortgage process. Wow! Although this being my first time, I truly felt Victor went above and beyond to provide us with different budgets, loan programs, and options to ensure we can maximize our loan and afford our monthly payments.I appreciated his patience and easy going nature and loved that he always had an open line of communication to answer any questions or concerns we had. Most importantly, we never felt pressured and he always took his time to inform us of everything we could face - rates, points, insurance, paperwork, etc.I have had friends tell me their bad experiences in dealing with mortgage lenders/brokers who made them feel incompetent or d*** and I have to say, I was lucky and bless to have Victor because at no point did he ever make us feel that way.
