I love this jeweler. They are very knowledgeable on watches. Like the batteries that go in my invictas. They are I believe a family owned business which I love. They do nice work and are very friendly. I totally recommend them

A fantastic first experience here. I had a ring repaired, 4 rings deep cleaned, and one CZ stone replaced with moissanite. They were honest about the process, the timing and the cost. Great customer service!

Family owned business, they have been there for as long as I can remember. Best customer service hands down! A lot of variety to choose from. Something for every budget and occasion. The onsite jewler can adjust, repair or create custom peices. Everyone I have done business with there has been very informative and patient. I have referred all of my family and friends, everyone has been very happy with their experience there. this jewelry store ripped off my family. We took in a piece of jewelry and they swapped out our jewelry for some other piece. We argued with the store telling them that this was not the piece of jewelry that we brought in and they denied any wrongdoing. Be very careful.

Just got my battery changed. Finally get to use my watch after 4 years. Quick and easy. In and out in 10-12 minutes. Plenty of parking. Nice employees. It is warm inside buy i luckily had my handheld fan with me while I waited.

Wow! I am one happy customer. When I started my adventure to look for a new wedding band, I truly did not know what I was looking for. I started to visit Oasis Jewelry and explore. This happened over several visits and there was absolutely no pressure. The Oasis family provides personal service offering a beautiful variety of options to consider. On this adventure, Elisa was helping me find my perfect ring. She said that when I found the ring, I would know it. My eyes would light up and I would know that we found it. They have many beautiful options, but I wanted to find something unique, unlike what most people have. I started to feel guilty and like I was wasting their time. Great place to get Kid's ears pierced!!! Took my daughter to get her ears pierced for her 7th birthday! They gave her a lollipop and a certificate and took their time to help her feel better.

Customer service was amazing. I forgot the name of the man who helped me; but he was overall friendly, very assisting and honest. I needed my engagement ring resized and it was done the same day. And I ended up getting another ring I fell in love with. ?❤️ so thank you so much for all your help. I will be going back for future adjustments if needed and for a clean if needed. ??

Great customer support by Oasis Jewelry. They take their time to help and explain any needs your jewelry requires. I have gotten my watch battery changed, and my wife's wedding ring and band cleaned and polished twice. They have all the equipment needed to make sure your jewelry is secure. Really value the fact this business is family owned.

FUNNY STORY: I thought they overcharged me $50 for a chain. I went back and demand they fix it. He immediately apologized and asked for receipt. I didn't have it. He ran to the back to get a new copy. As he was searching I checked my bank app.. I realized I was not overcharged and I had to apologize to him . We got to laugh about it. REVIEW: They were easy going. He cleaned the chain i purchased in this cool steam machine and also offered to clean the pendant I was attaching to the chain. That was very cool because my pendant was dirty, so that was a solid perk for a $10 chain purchase. The guy was very nice and I would return.
