My puppy just completed all his shots and I am thankful for all the staff and great service we got. Thank you Dr. Grant, Amanda and all the wonderful staff that helped us. We even signed our puppy up for Puppy training with Ms. Rebecca and my puppy went from being afraid of people and other pets to being so confident and friendly. Now he is too friendly. Thank you once again to all the wonderful staff and services from PetSmart at WHITTWOOD.

Petsmart loves pets. Bring your dog. Buy a collar as the dog is there to try it on!!! They will help. Their dog trainer does a great job!

They are always to busy to take my calls.. They burn my paws with shaver. They gave him an expression so hard that he was in so much pain for 5days. And the person in charge did not even apologize or call me back to see how it went in the doctors office... She claims she did not have any appointments until 1week later. I rushed him to the hospital Doctor said he was burn with clippers. He was on antibiotics and pain meds.. I have always taken my babies to the store in garden grove and they treated my babies as their own.. Jessica love all my babies

Went here to get a hamster. Wanted to physically see it and make sure it was what we wanted. I asked for help, and this girl comes over. I asked to see the hamster because I was interested in buying one, and she pointed to the picture and said "it looks like that one". She didn't even bother to do her job, or make the smallest effort. It's becoming more apparent that this world is losing a lot of good people and more and more of these intolerable negative people are breeding Worker had green eyes, wore glasses and was shaped like an egg.

This is my go to spot for my dog Vinny's food and the other items he needs. The staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. I sometimes do curbside and it's very efficient and items are brought out in a timely manner. The store is always clean and well stocked with the items we need.

My 13 year old Chihuahua loves this place. It's not the closest groomer to home but she's happy.I've taken her to other local groomers where she vigorously shakes in fear and strains in my arms or on leash to go in the opposite direction.The groomers are so very pleasant. She doesn't run for the door when she's brought out to me. Other store employees have also been pleasant and happily helpful.I highly recommend the groomers here. Everyone seems happy to work here.

I paid for a special holiday package. They didn't provide me with three of the promised items for my dogs grooming experience. When I first called the girl was nonchalant and seemed bothered and didn't seen to care! I was summarily dismissed and told the manager wasn't there???? I asked when the manager would be available to speak to, the groomer just said I don't know???She told me to come back another day to pick up the items they were supposed to have provide me in the first place.... The staff needs to be more customer friendly. courteous and caring. Otherwise you'll get alot more of these types of negative reviews!

every time i have to deal with the older blonde haired women she is always rude. i get it you work at a pet store and may not be your dream career but you still need to provide excellent customer service to customers and their animals .in person and over the phone she lacks the training.

If I can give zero starts I would. I scheduled a week ahead a grooming to two of my dogs because I have family coming over and wanted the doggies to be fresh. A few hours before the appointment I received an email my dogs session appointment was canceled. I called and asked what happened. I didn't get a call a day before but 3 hours before. The associate asked me what kind of dog i had. He's a poodle mix so requires a good amount of time. The associate didn't seem to care , I asked for a different time and type of modification from their part and associate was like nope we have nothing. Horrible customer service ! Not cool obviously they don't give a crap about losing customers.

I regret taking my dog to this groom salon simply bc I had a coupon to apply! Idk what they did to my puppy but he came back scared and not wanting to go outside. The lady that took him in was being very rude and cussing at him in Spanish simply for having much puppy energy! I should have never left him there with her to begin with when I heard that. She didn’t even clip his nails like she said she would and didn’t get rid of the knots in his face. Gave him a really bad report card (first bad one he gets here!) and was just moody from the start! My poor doggy, all scared now I could tell he didn’t have a good experience or was definitely mistreated. Took him on a walk and let him do whatever he wanted hoping he forgets soon smh…last time he goes there I don’t care how many coupons they give me!!

The employees were extremely rude to us. They refused to sell us fish, without even hearing how big of a tank we had. We wanted to get the fish we had friends, so they would survive longer. But we were turned away due to being Biola University students. The lady made sure to tell us that her team would no longer be selling fish to Biola students.
