Shout out to this Sally's for reals. I came in all exhausted and the cashier I believed named to be Dolly was just the best. She got me in and out in minutes and reminded me I get discounts for being a Sally's member. I hope to see her there all the time and if she don't get a raise soon imma be so upset for her. 10/10 service

I like Sally's as a hairdresser. This is my go to place in a hurry and they always have what I need in stock. I go there when I need hair color when I need nail polish and I need polish remover when I need to do do a perm or I just need shampoo and conditioner it's always in stock no problem.

First time being in this Sally's Beauty location. I live really close by and needed a few hair products. From a customer's perception, this was not a welcoming experience. The cashier was very rude and looked at me suspiciously from just walking in. I came in with my two younger children and we were browsing the store for a hair brush and gel. Once I got up to the register to ask the cashier if they had a certain gel, she gave me elevator eyes and said no. Not once did she greet or engage during my time in the store and kept a straight stale face. I didn't bother to get her name but whoever was working on Friday 3.17.23 at 4pm wearing a aqua colored shirt, you need customer service training. Customer service goes a LONG WAY, not only to build your customer loyalty and store sales but also to make your location stand out from the rest. Your impression that you leave on customers is so important, please put in more effort and be intentional when you clock in.

Greeted as I walked in...an associate approached and I showed her what I was looking for a handheld razer comb. They didn't have this type I wanted...but I was shown an alternative. It was well constricted and a bit fancy with a comb for a handle and a two-sided comb. I had been two several beauty salons with no success, or with questionable quality so thanks Sally ...thumbs up for good quality product...and helpful service. Well done

Mikaela was very helpful she went beyond and looked for the dye color that I wanted at a local store in my area and called the store to confirm that they have the dye in stock so they can place it on hold for me.

This location had a better vibe than the Pico Rivera (PR) store. First, this place has a better return policy whereas PR I’ve had to call everyday to see if they’re doing returns. Second, while both locations had friendly and knowledgeable associates the Whittier associates seemed to actually communicate and discuss products rather than argue on which brand is better.I’ll be coming to this location rather than the PR store

I love coming to Sally's! I usually come here to buy Proaclaim a hair gloss but I always walk out with more items than what I came for. Prices are great and staff is friendly, nice and always very helpful!

The employees at this sallys location pick and choose customers they want to help and customers they rather be rude too. That's no way to treat customers because based of that experience, I will not be a returning customer. I suggest taking your business elsewhere because aside from rude employees the price points/tags are either missing or not correct which in my opinion is quite annoying. WHAT A WAY TO FALSELY ADVERTISE YOUR PRODUCTS.!!!

Store was out of lots of hair colors, needed to be restocked. The 2 ladies working at this location were very busy, but took the time to come from around the cash register and help us locate our items needed. Thank you?

employees had their masks "on" but had them on so low and loose i could see both of their nostrils. so if ineffective mask wearing is your thing- come shop here!! :)
