Well I went Target to pick up over the counter medicines. I went early in the morning during the week. What a mistake. Just when i thought the service couldn't get any worse, this Target proved me wrong. First, they ate having a lot of trouble maintaining minimal inventory levels. I see lots of employees restocking the shelves, but inventory selection is very spotty at best. Trying to pay for items has become a NiGHTMARE. Seems they have closed off the self checkout, And they have FAILED to properly staff the employees at the check out counter, so the lines to checkout are massive. Target has managed to make what was once a pleasant shopping experience into a horrendous annoyance and test of patience. NO THANKs, will move all my business elsewhere.

horrible service they have a lot of employees doing literally nothing and they have 1 cashier open that barely knows there job lol it's the holidays common sense to open more cashiers so you don't have long lines

They've gotten a little better about the lines. Baby section is still sadly empty most of the time. Had a bad experience with a woman named Leslie here in the fitting room today. She was pretty rude to another employee

Not a pleasant experience as the fruit was old and moldy. I expected target to be better with fresh produce as they as they present themselves as a clean well provided store.

I used to love target. Unfortunately today changed that. Tried to use the self checkout and was told ten items or less yet only one manned check stand was open. So if you have more than ten items don't go here. Don't really know if that's a corporate policy or just the store policy. Making it more difficult to shop and spend money here isn't good for the average person. Disappointed and more frustrated by the lack of people available to take more than ten items. So I guess if you want to get around it do multiple transactions with ten items or less.

One of the HUGEST Targets that I've ever been to! It's in a super big shopping plaza with plenty of parking. I honestly think this is the first Target that I've been to with an optometry section. Lots of cashiers and self check out stations (huge plus!) and despite going right after the rush hour of work, it wasn't super crowded (despite being busy) and I didn't have to wait for anything at any point. By virtue of being one of the hugest Targets that I've been to, it has more things to shop for! The home decor and home goods, pet food and supplies, cleaning supplies, groceries, dollar area in the front, etc. had way more things than my local Target. They even had a more robust Halloween section that was set up earlier than mine too! Good stuff. A+ Target in my book!

Giving a big shoutout to Patrick for his great customer service... my favorite Halloween cereal wasn't on the floor and he took time out of his current task to find it in the back for me (without having to ask). Thank you!!!

First, No one picks up the phone in any of there departments on the weekend. Even the pharmacy has no way of reaching Target managers. I tried multiple departments when I had a negative interaction with the male staff member picture below who was working the same shift at 5pm 2/26 as Raquel (she gave me her name since he wouldn't) The picture below includes a male worker that really shouldn't be handling drive up orders.I understand that Target drive up was taking a while- when I tried to stop him to inquire, he snapped at me to tell me they were understaffed and rolled his eyes. I've done hundreds of pick up orders and am very patient. I had my coming to the store 10-15 min before and then was waiting for 10-15....I only askedhim because delivered to multiple people who arrived way after me.. He shut me down saying it was only him- just cutting me off. It was unprofessional and unnecessary- I knew he wasn't going to come back with my order any time soon from his attitude alone. He was angry and I was pretty sure petty so I was going to be sitting there extra long. First I was annoyed at his behavior but the I decided to be sympathetic and tried calling management to see if they could find someone to help him so he didn't snap at patrons. When he finally arrived 20 min later, I told him- hey, I understand you aren't being set up for success but you don't need to snap at me. He was calmer but doubled down with the attitude saying he didn't snap at me and when I asked his name after he was dismissive- he refused to give it to me. That should tell you enough.

I want to leave a personal 5 star review for a lovely young lady named Darla who helped me today at the customer service desk. The target itself was nothing special but the friendliness, professionalism and eagerness to help from Darla certainly deserves 5 stars. I walked in with a situation that I thought to be hopeless but she quickly resolved my issue and I left the store with a huge smile. Thanks Darla!

I love that Targets have Capital One ATMs!But the line for the self-checkout right now is kind of long... )^:At least they have clearance sections though.

Had a return today at Target. Not my favorite thing to do. The employee who took my receipt was kind enough and told me she would be right with me as the person ahead of me had multiple items and receipts. That's all it takes! Kind gesture went a long way in this day and age when I know businesses are short handed. Thank you you young lady

Zero stars is for Whittier Target. Bought a GoPro that was locked up and had to be opened by an employee. Didn't think the merchandise needed to be opened and pulled out do inspection because it was locked up. Open it up and guess what NO GOPRO only a D battery in it's place! We got burned by who? Looks like an inside job to me. Shame on you Target! Called corporate but who knows what will happen. Please BEWARE! Also my friend bought computer ink and two cartridges we're empty. Beware! Total disgrace!

Went specifically to purchase small bag of lego marvel mini figures for my 8 year old son, when I got to the register the cashier told me they could not be sold. Why put an item out for customers if you can't sell it? My wife asked to speak to a manager so some guy named Aaron who said his title is front of store came to talk to us. My wife asked why couldn't we purchase them and he said "we just cant." She asked if there was anything they could do and he says to her " I don't how else to put we can't sell them." He spoke to her in such a demeaning manor it upset us both. That man has no business working in the customer service industry and I will never again go to that Target location even though it's the closest to my house.

I came Christmas shopping for a soda stream for my boyfriend and it was so easy! I found exactly what I needed and got a bunch of the little flavors to surprise him too. Erin at the checkout was super friendly and we had a great conversation. She was so fast and even helped me to my car (I'm on crutches currently). Best Target experience I've had, thank you Erin! Give her a raise

I went into the store to make a payment and Tina had such a lack of customer service skills. When I asked a question she just answered abruptly never making eye contact when acknowledging me. She only looked up at me when I asked her name and it was very condescending!!!!
