I was on a trip from Spokane, WA headed to Santa Cruz and at 5pm my car breaks down. The gentlemen at Picketts auto repair graciously and efficiently made the needed repair so I could get back on the road. The prices were very reasonable. If I lived in the area, they would be my new mechanic!

My thermostat failed in my ‘06 Scion halfway through a 5-hour road trip, and we were lucky to be passing through Williams. These guys replaced it at a very reasonable price. They prioritized us when they were already busy and got us out of there in an hour so that we could be on our way. We are very grateful for their service!

Internal water pump went out on my '14 Explorer. I knew it was going to be a big repair. He was well priced and got it done in a timely fashion. He was friendly and respectful. Will definitely go back for any repair that I need and will definitely recommend his services.

On a road trip my car stop shifting into 2nd after getting gas and multiple warning lights turned on. We limp over here, he was understanding, and quick, diagnosed the issue and repaired it in about an hour. (It was the battery not transmission despite none of the warning lights being the battery light) incredibly grateful.

My AC broke down took it in got new parts I thought the problem was fix, it went down a second time and they couldn't fix the problem.

My car broke down on a long road trip, and I called many places to see who could repair it. Many were too booked or gave high quotes, which wasn't unexpected. However, when I called this shop, they said they could help and immediately gave me a good price after I described the problem.
I took my car in near closing time, but they said it would be ready two hours after opening the next day. The next day, at exactly 10:00 a.m., they called to say the repairs were done. The mechanic was very nice and explained the problem and the repair. I paid exactly the quoted price plus the cost of the part, which was much cheaper than elsewhere.
I got back on the road and reached my destination that day without problems. This shop is a lifesaver!

We were stranded in Williams with a bolt that snapped from our tensioner. This shop squeezed us in first thing in the morning so we could get our family back to Oregon. Great customer service and they also aired up our tires and ran a diagnostic out of kindness. Highly recommend, they won’t try and sell you on anything and they are straight to the point.

Pardi is one, if not the only mechanic i know that is honest and hard worker. Always tells us the truth if he can or cant fix it. One time he was so busy, that he asked what my car had, and told me how to fix it lol any other mechanic would of had my car sitting there waiting to take the job. Really recommend him! Even if you have to drive an hr away to have him take care of you, with all these mechanics just looking to charge an arm and a leg, he is worth it.
