Waited about 30 minutes just to get some tide pods. Within those 30 minutes, I pressed the customer service help button 5 times just to get some service afterwards. I’ve seen employees walk around where I was at and not even helping.

While it's busy store , the staff maintained their professionalism as well as patience . Tha patients were calm and the store was pretty busy at that time of day !

Made a appointment for a booster. Drove there checked in, then they cancel my app. If you were gonna cancel why did u wait until the exact moment I checked in and wasted my time and gas.

If I could give guys place 0stars I would , I'm a resident of Wilmington and I can tell you from personal experience the staff is incompetent and rude. It took me 8 days to get a refill prescription for my 9year old son's eczema. The pharmacy staff apparently was waiting on authorization from doctors office. I never received a phone call from pharmacy that my prescription was authorized so I had to present myself in person. The disgusting smurk of the lady pharmacist was appalling when I expressed my frustration and the fact that they never called back regarding the authorization of medication for my child. As if she was happy I was frustrated from the situation they created. You wanna get treated as if your health isn't important come on in to this trash a** pharmacy.

This place is full of rude people. I came to pick up a photo panel I ordered online for mother's day. Apparently they couldn't find my order. They even said "are you sure you're at the right store." When I was showing them my email confirmation with their address!!! No customer service whatsoever. All they said was well order it again cuz it's not here.

Melinda violates hipaa all day ! Thanks for the experience so not coming back ! She's needs customer service training and to take a chill pill ! So rude and angry the only reason why I'm nice to her is because she's handling my prescriptions and I don't want her to tamper with my stuff !

I'm a firm believer in that we all want to do the best we can in our jobs and sometimes when you are sick we tend to be a little selfish to think that only what I feel is what matters and that the only thing that should matter is what I'm feeling or my spouse is feeling we lose site of what others feel and that dealing with people in general is most of the time not the easiest especially when some are not reasonable.I got sick and i know what it feels like and it must be hard to attend to so many people not all sick some with issue others that are complicated but all needing the experience and understanding of a pharmacist willing to lend an ear to make sense of what that state of mind in that one person is in order to take the prescription and that's if the medicine or the compounds to make the medications are in stock because now a days every company wants to have in stock only what is necessary other wise to much inventory means less money in there pockets but any way, I want to take this time to say I know it's not easy dealing with certain people and I really want to Thank the pharmacy staff in Wilmington ca 90744 to let them know I really appreciate all the work you do and with dignity even after that rude customer. I say just smile because I care and thank you so much for all you all do for our community.

The pharmacy tech with the green hair was so cocky and rude. My husband has high blood pressure and this cocky guy upset him so bad we will never come back here!!

Just moved in the neighborhood. Transferred all my info to this CVS location. Went to pick up some meds. Dr sent them electronically. Line was long but they worked very quickly. Did not wait long. Customer service was great. Hopefully all goes well In the future. Great experience at my new neighborhood CVS!
