Unfortunately we are not allowing to go lower than 1. If you are looking for customer service I’d look for another branch.This one is not capable of follow up, follow through. They can not clearly communicate a message. The branch manager was supposed to Help me. She was just as bad as the rest. Actually, if our expectations of a leadership team or person are or should be higher, then she was terrible. Choose another branch.

I love this branch! Everyone is so friendly and I love the fact that there's an ATM at this location which is conveniently located right as you come in the door. Awesome branch and amazing employees.

How does a bank not have an ATM for off hours transactions. This one sucks. Even Altura had an ATM inside the same grocery store.

Rushed from work to get there and open a new account, I already have a couple of accounts with chase. There were two tellers working. I got there 20 min before they closed. I was told they couldn't and I would have to make an appointment. Since when!!!! The email requesting my business stated I could come right in. Horrible service, clearly they don't want my money

I've been banking with Chase since 2016, and they have yet to disappoint! Unlike so many banks, they aren't driven to hit the customer with nonsense fees and charges. They have a great overdraft fee policy that only charges a fee if you become overdrawn by $50 or more. No more getting an OD fee for a $2.00 transaction and bad calculations.I have yet to encounter a single person at Chase that wasn't friendly and professional. Unless any of this changes, I don't foresee myself banking with anyone else.

This is a great little branch with Very courteousemployees. The only people that could say something about bad about this branch should use a different branch. This one is very Convenient, Thank you for reopening after the Covid 19 Pandemic Shutdown.
