If I could give zero stars I would. I called to inquire about the dog park and she was very unprofessional and breed discriminatory. She didn't ask about my dogs temperament just said " Oh he's a pitty he can't be around other dogs, He has to be separated. He could bite down and lock and not let go". For someone who has a "degree in Animal Science" she should know the Pitbull's jaws don't lock... Very sad and highly unprofessional.

We are so happy to have found Jackie and her beautiful property over a year ago. We've boarded our 100 lb., 2 y/o GSD with her many times since then - from just a single day to a weekend to a full week. She is so wonderful with him and he absolutely loves being free and part of the family. Each visit I know he's taken care of, happy to not be kenneled up, playing with all the other pre-screened pups, and following Jackie all around the acreage.

We are so thankful we found JC pet care for our pups! They are always so happy to jump out of the car and get to daycare, and they are nice and tired out after a day of fun with other dogs. Can’t recommend JC pet care enough!

We wanted to go camping for a few nights and needed to have someone watch our two chihuahuas. Our dogs have always been by our side and my wife was very reluctant to leave them anywhere. We decided to go with JC Pet Care after reading there reviews and dropping by to see the location and meet Jackie. You get to fill out a profile page about your pet, so Jackie gets to know about your pets routines and habits. Also, you can bring your pets bedding, food, and snacks that they are accustomed to eating. On our trip my wife texted Jackie to see how the dogs were doing and she responded immediately and sent some pictures of our dogs, very cool. When we went to pick up the dogs after our trip they seemed not to recognize us for a second. I believe they were enjoying themselves and did not want to go home. They looked well feed and very happy. We would definitely recommend this facility to friends and family.

We love JC Pet Care for our pups AND our pups love spending time here!! It is truly the best place for day care and boarding when we have to be away from our pups for work or social event. When our pups are going to be enjoying a day care day or spending the night at “Jackie’s Ranch” as we affectionately call it, our pups get SO excited. We never have to worry about our two young labs when they are at JC Pet Care because we know they are being loved and cared for and enjoying so much fun!! Since our first visit, we have felt so blessed to have found such a wonderful place!! ???? It is like a pet care/pet boarding dream come true for pet parents. Thank you Jackie!! We love and appreciate all your hard work and dedication to our pups. You are golden!! ?

Jackie did a wonderful job taking care of our cats for us!! Her property is like Heaven, beautiful and peaceful. Our cats had their own cat house with air conditioning!! I would recommend JC Petcare to anyone looking for peace of mind for the care of their pets!!

This place is the best. It is obvious they really love dogs. I don’t know how they keep the place so clean. Our dog is not easy on any level. He does not acknowledge he is a dog. He basically just ignores all the other dogs. He just wants to be with his people. They just accept him as he is, in all his whiteness. We are so grateful to JC Petcare. We have used them for overnights and for over three weeks. No worries; we know he is in good hands.

My dog who is very skidding at a first meeting, had absolutely fallen in love with Miss Jackie and feels as comfortable when he is there as when he is home. At first when I dropped him off he would longingly watch me as I drove away. Now I don't even get as much as a see ya Mom..! Lol. Choose JC Pet Care .... there will be no regrets!

Was looking for somewhere near Temecula to board my two 11 year old Boston Terriers (brother and sister). Needed somewhere near the winery venue for our sons wedding.What a wonderful find, Jackie was very accommodating, and helpful.The boys appear to have had a nice overnight stay.

Had to board our cats for 3 days and found J C Pet care and I am so thankful I did!! Jackie is wonderful, her property is beautiful, clean and peaceful and her cat house was perfect for my cats (and had air conditioning). I would recommend this business to anyone who needs to board their pets and want peace of mind!! 5 out of 5 stars!!

Our sweet Ella comes to see Jackie 5 days a week! Ella is so excited everyday on our way over & she loves to run and play with all of the other dogs! Jackie is so sweet and easy to converse with during pickup and drop off. Jackie has a large property for the dogs to run and play, and she also has separate yards to place dogs who play well together. I would highly recommend this business!
