Helped by friendly staff. I went in to get a replacement phone; however, I am not convinced they told me the correct information regarding trade-ins pricing/policy. The staff was also not very knowledgeable on different phone options. It was hard to get a feel for the different phones as they had a massive locking mechanism attached to them. The staff only suggested the newest Samsung, but to be fair to them, I think they were thinking I wanted to take advantage of my Galaxy trade-in.Overall attentive and friendly staff, but I felt they lacked knowledge of both their services and the phones available in store.
