ATM works 10% of the time. Ridiculously long holds on your checks you deposit. No wonder everyone's leaving chase.

This was my second appointment at this location. I set up an appointment online and was sent confirmation through email and text for 1pm. I showed up a few minutes early and they had the wrong time listed on their end and were doubled booked at 1pm. They were unwilling to help me solve this issue, and rather than providing further assistance and compassion, they turned me away after telling me their next appointment is 1 full week away. They also fail to answer their phone on a daily basis. I will be looking into a different branch. DO not recommend coming here if you are a business owner because they will not take you seriously.

My worst experience I had at this bank for the first time. Few years back I came into this bank to open a account and they ended up asking me if I'm a US citizen? Like I never had this at my other bank(RCU). So I canceled everything and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Thank you but no thanks.

This is hands down the worst bank I have ever been to. Chase in general has been bad but this branch is something else I wanted to open an account there today and waited for 45 minutes for their ONE banker before being told to " go get a coffee or something we will hold your spot and call you when the banker Eric is available. I left and was back within 5 minutes of their call... to find someone else with their one banker! Wait this gets even better.... I then waited for additional 20 minutes for them to finish up, and there was one other person waiting with me who had literally just walked in less than 5 minutes prior, so Eric the banker says " let me help her first, it will only be a few minutes" not asking me if I was ok with that, rather telling me that he was going to do it. It is seriously no wonder that they have a 600 dollar incentive to open an account! It could be 6000 dollars and I would still never ever walk into this branch again

I been banking here for business for the past five months and so far it's been great. Erica, Jennifer and Brenda are all great tellers! Always pleasant and it's usually pretty fast in and out.

Worst bank by far. They've held my paycheck every single time for about 2 weeks each time. It's like c'mon if had the same job for 6 months. How many times do you have to make sure it's a legit business check. Forget Chase take your business elsewhere.

The local branch banker we opened our account with was fine, but Chase Bank has questionable practices. We opened a savings account June 2 with a quite sizable check. On Monday June 5 that check was confirmed cleared by the issuing bank. Tuesday June 6 an email arrives our funds are not available till at least June 13 due to a fraud alert? We called the number given for more information and told the check had not cleared! We asked for a supervisor and they told us to fax a copy of the ck to the issuing bank.....next supervisor told us to go to our branch and have them fax copy of ck to issuing bank......?? We asked to be transferred to their highest manager available....after holding 5 minutes she came back on the line afternoon told "THE EXECUTIVE OFFICE SAYS YOUR PROBLEM IS NOT SIGNIFICANT ENOUGH FOR THEM TO BECOME INVOLVED ". TODAY I VISITED THE BRANCH AND WAS TOLD YES, THE MONEY WAS IN OUR ACCOUNT BUT WE COULD NOT ACCESS IT YET! Clearly we are not the only customers to experience Chase bank holding funds that clearly in their own accounts. They play games by holding very large amounts of money for as long as possible for their own gain.
