So just to clarify, Good Will will not accept perfectly good office/computer chair because they had fabric on the back , but they will accept random bags of pee soaked clothing and shoes people had athletes foot in. Wow, great policy.

They took out all the stuff that was accumulating and put fresh stuff out. Pretty decent.

This store regularly rips of its customers. I wanted to buy a pot with a matching lid and they charged me extra for the lid!?! Or a set of badminton rackets that were charge separately. Like WHAT???? Constantly argue with me that sweatshirts and flannel shirts are jackets to charge me more. Way overpriced. When knick knacks don’t have a price they just give you a random number.Beyond lame for a store that gets an inventory from free donations. Donate your stuff elsewhere.

Dressing rooms have been closed at this location for over a year which makes it impossible to shop for clothing here.

This is no longer a physical goodwill store. It's a training center now. Just to clarify: you ca not go here to buy things. You can go here to apply for a job.

Nice little store. I found a lamp that I liked, went to check out and they charge separate for the shade that was on it. Kind of ridiculous. Maybe they charge extra for the lightbulb and cord too.

Wow- $5 each for kids shorts they will grow out of in 1 month? $3 is just for infants.... It all says "kids" but okkkk. Not to mention when you drop off, they make YOU sort everything out.... Maybe I have been in SoCal for too long but we never had to do that down there- it's more about customer service. Drop, ask if we want a receipt and go! When did the goodwills in Northern California get so money hungry?? Bring back the colored tag system to look for the deals and get on Southern California's level.

I make allot of donations here with good stuff, but the people recieving it must always be having a bad day or something. Like they don't wanna deal with customers on any level. Good selection of stuff inside the store though.

I am not sure what others classify as expensive but everything here was under ten dollars, and under twenty for nicer things (like leather coats). Everything was organized and clean, we came here looking for photo frames. They didn't have much but we found something we like. Currently, their dressing rooms are closed and they aren't taking furniture donations.

I don't like to give mediocre reviews and have loved the Goodwill - it was one of my Grandma's favorite places to get deals when I was younger and for most my life. But the prices have gone up tremendously it's like you aren't even shopping at a thrift store. The quality of the products haven't gone up, so why has the prices? Almost all Goodwill throughout Sonoma County have increased prices way too high. You can find stuff in here, just be prepared to pay higher prices than the "old days". I prefer Pick of the Litter (on Piner Road) or Sutter VNA & Hospice Thrift Store (on Cleveland by Trader Joe's) - those places still have good prices you would expect at a thrift store. This Goodwill is nice to have though in Windsor and it's close to Walmart and Home Depot and easy parking out front and friendly clerks.

Heard a lot about this place. I was really impressed with all the stuff they had especially for guys. Almost bought a really good cheap guitar! Recommended for you bargain hunters out there.! :-)

Recent changes in their price structure is too high for thrift store. They used to have color days that were discounted, no longer. Also, many stores fail to put prices on items. You can do better buying retail clothing at a discount instead of used clothing priced out of range. It is supposed to be a Thrift Store.
