The first year I went it was real good no problem I felt confident in the service I got the second year I wasn’t to happy this year I’m not at all I don’t know if my taxes were done correctly last 2 years I don’t feel confident about the people that did them

I walked in and was immediately greeted by the single gentleman in the building. He was helping someone else but assured me he would be right with me. About 5 mins later a gal walked in who I think was covering bc everyone called in sick. She was able to finish off the lady who was infront of me and Paul Hussman took me back and got me in and out. I had kids in the car and he offered for me to bring them in and just did everything he could to make sure if my kids wanted to come in they were welcome all while getting my return done super quickly. When I was about to leave I heard the gal telling someone that everyone in the office called in sick and it was just him until she arrived. I cant even tell you how happy I felt leaving the office. I felt a weight off my shoulders (having my taxes completed) and I was amazed at how fast and efficient he was, not to mention he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I made sure to get several of his cards as Paul was AWESOME.

Joan Patropulsos has always been friendly, and professional when it comes to tax time. I started meeting with Joan when I lived in California, and since moving to Tucson, AZ. I've continued with Joan. I've been mailing my MANY pieces of tax related paperwork to her and if there were any questions she would promptly email or text me with the questions. Her patience with me and my many questions has been much appreciated.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I called to ask how to file for an extension today & the lady who answered the phone said to go to IRS.gov. then said she didn't have time to talk to me because she had taxes to do & that she wasn't a receptionist to answer anymore questions and quickly hung up before I could say anything else. Super unprofessional & very rude from the beginning. The people there need training obviously on how to answer phone calls. Very rude & not how anyone should be treating a customer. Simply horrible.
