Worst bank I have ever been to. Came there for a simple request to just close an account for my deceased parent. They told me I had to make an appointment to close an account. So I make one, show up on time to have to wait another 20 min just to be helped. Spent another 1.5 hours in the bank to just close one account!!! This is just mind blowing unbelievable stuff. Oh did I mention after the 1.5 hours i was required to come back again to se if all the documents i brought cleared. Spent another 2 hours because apparently account wasn’t clearing even though everything they asked me to bring matches. Do yourselves a favor use other banks or at least a different branch. Sad how this place operates.

I had an outstanding experience working with Marlene Hanna from Chase Bank. She went above and beyond to help me open both a business checking account and a business credit card. From start to finish, Marlene was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient in guiding me through the process. Impossible to get a hold of a representative at the branch over the phone… No consideration for seniors that do not do technology. Will haveo to change banks….

The teller and her manager, both are look like each other, very uneducated and inexperience, I don’t know who gave her a manager job! The government checks does not have any expansion date, you can cash it any time, her and the manager was keep saying this check is 6 months old!!!

The absolute worst bank in the world. The employees here are so incompetent they run back and forth to the managers to get questions answered. Marlene of all people is rude , disgusting and has no idea how to do her job. A complete shame. This branch makes you hate Chase as a whole. I highly recommend visiting any other branch possible for your business and personal needs.

If I could I would give minus 4 star to the entire Chase bank. THEY ARE NOT HERE TO HELP YOU, just take your money and run with it. They have no problem writing a letter with your bank account number and how much on your account to any organizations but refuses to stamp an affidavit of residency (which literally state that to their knowledge the address and social security number listed is the one they have on file). NOT HELPFUL EVER!
