A wide selection, affordable, clean store and great customer service. There's also a section with the discounted shoes in the far end corner of the store. For two pairs, it was a little over a hundred. Not bad.

I'm so disappointed in the service. I brought my mom to buy her a pair of shoes. She had asked for help from the guy working there since we couldn't find her size. He seemed annoyed the fact she asked him for help. When he gets to the area, he proceeds to tell us he needs some space to look. The crazy think about that, we weren't even close by. I was like okay, so walked away to give him "space". He told me he could order her size. So I was like great we will do that. Then she finds another shoe she likes but we couldn't find any boxes with that shoe. And apparently they don't have shoes restocked in the back. All the shoes where mixed so difficult to look for the shoes you want since it's not organized. So I took the actual shoe off the display to just ask if he could order that shoe in her size. He then responded with I need the whole box to order he shoes. So we went back to look for a box with this shoes any size a second time but had no luck so I ended up just taking a picture of the shoe for I can find it elsewhere. But sucks this guy's pissed me off with his horrible customer service. Hopefully they hired someone else with customer service.

I needed to take my granddaughter shoes back shes so picky very hard to buy for Miranda the store associate was so kind and extremely helpful in helping her find a new pair. Made what I thought was going to be a struggle, so easy for us! Her customer service is outstanding! Excellent service! I will definitely be returning to this store!

My husband and I went in today hoping to find some new shoes and the first thing we are hit with is the manager screaming at his employee calling him a liar and giving him shit about putting in his two week notice. This worker that was getting yelled at had to be a teenager. The manager should be ashamed for how he treated that kid! None of the works even acknowledged us either. That manager should seriously be fired. No wonder the store is empty all the time!

Went there to get my son some new shoes, and was very happy with the selection, and prices. I'm very glad we have a decent shoe store in town. With such a big variety of shoes. I know we also have a few more but this one has a bigger variety, and their prices are decent.

Needed new childrens shoes, man behind the counter was rude and unhelpful to the point that we didn't find a single size we needed. They have a horrible selection of children and women's shoes. Not only has this business gone downhill vastly, but they people they've hired obviously don't care to help, stock the store or not harass customers.

This was my 1st time going into a Famous Footwear store. I went to the one in Woodland. The salesperson wasn't very helpful. I asked him if they had the shoes I was looking for in my size in the back and he said they don't have shoes in the back. After leaving as they didn't have my size. I thought, how can you restock if you don't have inventory in the back? I will be going to another store, hopefully I'll have a better experience. Thank you

I stopped at famous footwear in Woodland just before 6pm on a Friday evening after working a full day. Needing a new pair of walking shoes for an upcoming trip to San Francisco on Sunday with my family, I thought that I should just get over and take a look at what they have...As soon as I walked through the front door, I was informed by a young man at the door that the store would be closing in 2 minutes. I asked him, well, I have time to shop, right??He says, if you find something in 2 minutes. I couldn't believe what he just said. It's 6pm on a Friday night and there are 2 employees working but you both are taking your lunch breaks at the same time?? Closing up the store? Unbelievable. I asked him, why are you both taking breaks at the same time? He told me that it has been too busy for only one employee to work alone. However, there were only a handful of customers in the store when I had arrived. I had never heard of a retail store closing business for lunch on a Friday evening. This employee was not friendly or even offer an apology for the inconvenience to customers like myself who have worked all day and wasted precious time on a store that could careless. Is this new way of business these days...I'm just curious. I will no longer be shopping famous footwear in the future and I will let all of my friends and family know they shouldn't waste their time on an establishment that doesn't care about customer service.
