My children and I were left homeless because our landlord needed his home back after 11 years of living and raising my children there. I was scared and unable to find a place, after many application fees and pounding the pavement we came to The Ranch where Priscilla greeted my son and I with such a warm and friendly vibe and was very helpful , not to mention she responded to my every and many emails and phone calls and there were a-lot! She gave my children and I a safe and nice home again, I also have referred several people looking for an apartment because I had such a wonderful experience with Priscilla and will continue to recommend her.

Priscilla the so called manager in no way does anything for tenants. She is so hard to get a hold of and is unprofessional. Yet she claims she is “ doing too much” “working too many jobs” and even says she has time for nobody. She needs to be gone.

Priscilla is a very nice well spoken manager. Upfront with everyone. Kind and generous. Jacob is comical and nice. Management is very caring.

I have lived here at Woodland Oaks for almost 4 years now and absolutely LOVE it! The manager Ann is always super prompt in responding to any of our needs and she keeps the property beautiful, well maintained and quiet.
I am truly glad that I moved here!
