Apparently they don’t care to retain any existing customers. The manager Levi was unhelpful and I was frankly horrified at how few answers he could provide. The only person who seemed to care at all was the teller Lexi. This experience is driving me to switch to a bank that can actually provide a reason for their policy which Chase is clearly unwilling to do. It’s also worth mentioning their “help” line put me on hold for an hour and a half just to hang up on me so clearly they have no desire to help their customers.

Terrible bank , you have to deposit $500 to debit card every month, If you're not , you will lose money on your account. Such bad rules

Rude. Walked in around 10:00am Thursday morning. Waited in line, talked to a teller told her I would like to open an account she asked if I had an appointment I said no I did not. She said that the only person that could already had enough appointments and could not help me. So I told her ok I'll find another bank in which deposit my money. Sooooo rude they just don't care oh and did I mention I'm local!

Tried to go in and open a new account, 2 employees sat at a desk talking and ignored us for about 5 minutes, then one of them asked us why we were there and she told us she could not help us today and the guy she was talking with has an appointment with a customer in 10 minutes so he can not do that, then she mentioned some other branch and said something about two days from now if we want to open an account here. I laughed at her as we walked toward the door to leave, then the guy says "you could come back in an hour and a half, I might be able to help you then" My wife and I were not amused and went and opened an account at a different bank.

This is my second review as I was hoping they would improve looking at all the negative reviews, but not the case. I have tried for days, weeks and yes months in an attempt to get the bank to answer their phone and resolve a disputed issue involving hundreds of dollars with no success! I was told to be patient as I am forced by the bank to make a payments on a refund that seems to be mysteriously missing. I think four months is beyond patient and still no resolution! I don't recommend Chase to anyone! I will be cancelling my credit card just for starts!

I have had an account with chase for 20 years. Today I want to close my account. I went to ATM to withdraw 500 from my edd card to deposit to my chase account. The ATM spit out a receipt and no money. I was panicked. I had bills due and would have 100 in late fees on bills. I went in bank and encountered 2 of the rudest obnoxious male employees I ever dealt with at chase. 1 of them made a dig at me because I was on unemployment the other sneering at me saying it happens all the ti.e. well then fix it!!! More people came in behind me with same issue I asked 1 of the. Men to put s in gn on ATM he refused and thought I was over reacting. Never will I go in there due to the snotty men. I want to add that a lovely polite woman behind counter sorted out the ossue. I think both these guys need their own edd card. Not people that should ever represent chase

Small but nice bank next to Rite-Aid. Went in to see about a loan, was helped quickly and competently. Nothing especially noteworthy about the place, positive or negative.
