Horrible!! I made an approach before the end of 2020, the appt was canceled an rescheduled. The rescheduled appt was between 8am and noon. No phone call! Two phone calls later I was told the repair person was 45 minutes away. 5pm the call a call is returned that the tech would be late. Needless to say the appt was cancelled. 1 star was given because 0 is not allowed.

I looked on google and came across Auto Glass Express. My granddaughter had a rock chip in her window. Driver side. I spoke to Laurel at the office. who advised me it would be $50. I didn't want to turn it in to insurance as I raised deductible on her car since it's 235,000 miles on her 2010 Honda Accord. We set it up for the next day and the appointment window was between 8-12pm. (Not too pleased with a 4 hour window, but what the heck. It needed fixed) Laurel said a tech would call before they headed over. I waited... waited... no call. Finally at 11:55am I decided to call Laurel myself to ask where the tech is and to let her know no one has called me yet and it's been 4 hours! I was a bit irritated since they didn't stay in touch-as they said. She informed me the tech would be here in 15 minutes. The tech called me from his cell and said he was able to be at my house in 10 minutes. Sure enough, he pulled up within 5 minutes. Super nice tech. He set up and had the chip fixed in less than 10 minutes, if that! He also advised me to have my granddaughter keep her window cracked so the glass won't get as hot. He showed me a few more small chips and told me to watch them and replace the windshield in the future if our deductible was low. He was not by any means pushing to sell anything! I called to pay over the phone to Laurel. $50. Done! I would normally only give 2 stars due to the long wait, but the tech was SO nice, and so was Laurel the office manager! They deserve 5 stars and I highly recommend Auto Glass Express! Use them!! Excellent business! Excellent people! Excellent work!

Loved the service. They gave me an upfront estimate that matched the estimate they gave me when they arrived. We're super easy to work with. Larry even showed me that my windshield wiper was loose which I greatly appreciate before the rainy weather. I even got to use a coupon. Will definitely be recommending.

Fast, friendly services that beats the local competition's prices....I had a rock chip that quickly turned into a large crack in my windshield. I called a local store in Marysville and was given a price quote but also told that I needed to bring my car in, drop it off, etc. When I inquired about their mobile service, they wanted to charge $30 +, so I consulted Yelp and thanks to fellow Yelpers I contacted Auto Glass Express. I was given friendly quote over the phone and told that they could have a technician, to me, free of charge the next day - free, wait, what? I will take it! The tech arrived on time, was also friendly and professionally installed my new windshield. Auto Glass Express's price was lower than those "other guys" and I would definitely recommend their services.

Please read. With the lack of reviews, I was apprehensive going to a non big chain to have my windshield done. I've been to the well known places and paid too much. They were incredibly nice, flexible and gave me great price and service. I just went through a rough car wash to test it, about two weeks after, and no leaks. I am so happy and will call them again. Please know there are two sides to the negative reviews but I am a very happy customer and will be back if anything else should happen to my Ford Fusion. Great, ubeatable prices. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful with making my insurance claim, they did almost all the work for me. The technician showed up on time and was very patient and knowledgeable with all my questions. I've never had to replace a windshield before, and Auto Glass Express made it just as easy as it could be!! I would definitely recommend their service and will be using them if I have need in the future.
