Chelsi was an amazing help in getting the things that I wanted! She was so helpful and very attentive with the bracelets that I wanted to see and even demonstrated how to put it together. Such an amazing human being and I will be coming here more because of her.

I was looking at watches over a number of visits to the mall where they would show, scan and tell the tagged price was the price. I saw watch sale signs and applied to a particular watch I liked. The lady took out an ink pen, crossed $595 out and wrote $750, that it's now 30% off of. I just turned around and walked out.

DO NOT GO TO YUBA CITY CA ,, KAY JEWELERS!!!! This place is full off liars that just want you to purchase there jewelery with all lies.. so for my past Birthday I decided to treat myself to a beautiful gold chain. Witch I love, don't get me wrong the Jewelery is beautiful. BuT the way the LiAd to me was Unacceptable I had I actually lived in this town close by which means i was eyeing this chain for a while .. Well I purchase it when they have Intrest free for 12 months. Lied and the charged me $$300 over the price they gave me . THeY are liars and the WoNT HELp YoU all ThEY wanna do is sale. ... I am VERy Disappointed SpeCiAllY on the store manager with did not HeLP Me At ll

I wish I could give 0 stars for my experiences here... the gals working themselves aren't terrible but my wedding rings are ruined after having 'repairs' done and wasn't even given an apology from the gal working I left in tears. Luckily the 1800 number I called for Kay gave me great customer service and is looking for a solution.

Tried to start a line of credit by buy cheap necklaces but wouldn’t work with me I had more then what the necklaces where priced at. Also there gold is way priced a small rope gold necklace was over 2100 like don’t look at it wrong it will break

I have bought many rings from Kay's and I love all of them! They have the best staff and customer service. Chelsi always knows exactly what I'm looking for. I always have to get my rings sized because my fingers are rather small. The sizing process is always quick and easy! Highly recommend shopping here for any occasion.

The yuba City Kay’s team is a group of awesome people... They always help me get the best deals and create any crazy idea in my head made come to life... They must set the bar of The Lay’s Jewler’s corporation... If all they other stores are as nice and helpful like these guys are. The worst customer service. Chelsea the manager is an absolute nightmare and a lair. I placed an order for my wedding ban which was supposed to arrive on April 7th. And then I was told the 14th. I told them I am leaving the country on the 15th so it has to be then. Because we are leaving for our wedding out of the country. And I need the bands in order to get married. Chelsea the manager swears they will be there on the 14th and if not I can go pick them up in Roseville myself. We come on the 14th and of course they are not ready. I tell her I will go to Roseville and pick it up myself. She then says no it's in Ohio. And I call her out on her lie about it being in Roseville and her response was "well idk what to tell you but it will get here on the 15th before you guys leave" she says if they are not they will refund us and give us some type of gift card. She mentions she will personally be there on the 15th and deal with if. When they get there 2 hrs before we need to leave for our flight and of course the ring isn't there and Chelsea is of course not there. So I'm flying in a few hrs to my wedding out of the country with no wedding because Chelsea can't do her own job and is constantly lying. We get no gift card no ring , nothing. And just a canceled order. I recommend never going unless they change management. I have filed a case with Customer service and they told me they have had a lot of similar customer services problems at the Yuba city store.
