5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Today I’m visiting with my mom and she takes me to This cute cafe ☕️? is very welcoming and cozy. My mom comes here almost everyday and I can see why the cafe patrons hanging out and the customer service when ordering your items. Also the barista “Annie” knows what she’s doin our drinks tasted perfect ? there’s plenty of space and they even have an area. That’s kind of soothing with plants inside. There’s cool artwork on the wall and information about what’s going on in the community posted on their walls. They offer restrooms and they are tiny but clean They have outside seating as well.Like ?? my review and stop here for your next cup of coffee ☕️ or something to eat ?

Great local coffee shop. It has a trendy ambiance and a great outdoor seating area for nice days. They serve Joshua Tree Company coffee, and I loved my caramel latte. We got bagels and they were served with a large amount of cream cheese, which I appreciated. Staff was very friendly and they genuinely seemed to be enjoying their job.

I got their seasonal pumpkin pie latte and it was delicious. They also offer alternative milks and food for people with food allergies. Place was a little too trendy for me but can’t knock a place for building their own ambience. There’s not a great spot to stand and wait for your drink when the cafe is full but I’m assuming tables weren't packed close together because of covid.

One of the best egg and cheese sandwiches I’ve had! Great flavors and added avocado just complimented it all so well!It was such a nice spot too.

Trying to battle your way thru the line of out of town hipsters wearing either cowboy hats or north face attire and doing their best to look local we finally get to the counter. It's a typical LA hipster spot and the menu and fare is what you'd get at any LA cafe. The food is decent but not worth the 40 minute wait this morning. Espresso drinks were average. And it was so loud inside that the overworked but helpful woman behind the register couldn't hear my order and brought out the wrong thing. Since she not only takes the orders but also serves the food. Dozens of people taking selfies and musician posters on the walls. Just not what I'm used to out here in Yucca and wasn't really impressed. Why did I wait here 25 minutes for average coffee fighting for a table and 40 minutes for the wrong order? The guy next to me had a a pretty good looking salad he said was delightful. So there's that.

After hiking Joshua Tree we yelped as we arrived in town. Had to try the Vegan BLT with the unique beer options. I really enjoyed the Mango Pango and my wife had the Ultra Pale Ale from El Segundo. We walked outside for a table with our beers and enjoyed the beers. My wife checked out the little shop next door and came back to join me. I was curious about our meals and walked back in to check. The cashier checked the kitchen and came right back with them in hand. I guess the called my name inside but we were outside. As we dug into the awesome sandwiches we began seeing other meals being carried out and names being called. That was a little weird.... We will be back after our next hike this week for sure.

I came here with some friends morning before hiking Joshua Tree and omg I'm in LOVE with this place. The food is SO fingerpicking good. I would 100% come back here and I recommend this place to everyone. They have a lot of breakfast/lunch options so I'm sure you'll find something! The food does take some time to make so I wouldn't come here if I was in a rush. However, there's ample seating even on the weekends so it's perfect to relax and grab a bite!

4.5 stars!! i had an aaammmaaazing egg sausage cheddar breakfast sandwich here it was so insane i couldn't stop going MMM like ? it wasn't even real meat but i was convinced it was!! the herb butter was also a game changer, it added so much flavor to the sandwich. was really excited for the avocado tartine but it actually paled in comparison flavor wise to the egg sausage cheddar breakfast sandwich which shocked me. the prickly pear palmer was nice and refreshing but i still can't tell you what prickly pear tastes like. it was a very mellow flavor. the beetroot latte flavor was good but the drink itself was very grainy and thats wat made it just okay overall. will def be back if i'm in the area for the breakfast sandwich tho

If you ever find yourself in Yucca Valley, the Frontier cafe is a good place to stop to eat and use the restroom. We were on our way to check out Pioneertown and since we were going on a Tuesday when all the restaurants up there are closed and there aren't any restrooms open, we made a pit stop at the Frontier cafe. We got the BLT sandwich and it was really good. The vibe is relaxed and the staff was decently friendly and they have clean restrooms.

Definitely a new favorite hybrid restaurant. Lots of tasty vegan options and non vegan selections too. The food is flavorful and fresh. A tad bit pricey tbh (14.00) for avocado toast ?but it was still packed so maybe that’s just me. Friendly service with trendy ambiance.

We wanted to stop by a cafe that had good coffees and brunch type items. This is the place. It's right in the corner with orange bright colored wall--it's hard to miss. Parking on the street and easy, if you're not comfortable then the little side streets are free space as well. Their menu is pretty extensive. Just the right amount of items to choose from. On top of that, they have a cooler fridge with other items ranging from sparkling water to kombucha. We got the iced white mocha, delicious, refreshing without overpowering sweetness. Even after the ice melted, it was still delicious. We got the lemonade and it was refreshing but I wish it was a bit more sour... We also got the grilled cheese (it comes with heirloom tomatoes inside). The LOX, so yummy! Very buttery salmon and the fresh dill was a great touch. We also got the avocado tartine, another delicious item! Loving the touch of ajvar, it elevated the avocado toast. The establishment is a nice hang out spot. They have tables and chairs in the front if you like the bright light but don't mind the heat. The inside is dark and moody which sets a nice tone for a coffee shop. They have art pieces that are hung on display (which can be purchase). The restrooms are clean and the staff are friendly. Definitely a place to check out for a good breakfast/brunch run if you're visiting Joshua Tree!

This cafe had a very unique decor. More importantly, it had plenty of tables and board games and toys on the side! You will find the menu on a blackboard right next to coffee beans for sale. I got the avocado tartine, an open-faced sandwich with avjar and pickled red onion. What a great taste! Everything here seems made to order so do not be surprised if your food takes a bit of time to arrive. Definitely worth a try.

I grew up in the desert and remember when this was a drugstore. And then it became Water Canyon, which breathed new life into the area. When it closed, I was mildly heartbroken for the area, but not too distraught since I was moving. You know, it doesn't affect me, why worry about it? I had heard mixed reviews about the Frontier, but I went in on my last visit with an open mind. The coffee was amazing, but since it's from the Joshua Tree Coffee Company, I would expect nothing less. This time, I decided to try lunch. And let me tell you...the grilled cheese was literally life-changing. It had been a rough day of working in a hot and filthy garage. I hated the world. That sandwich was magic. Delicious, filling...and cheesy. So much cheese. Yesterday went from being done to being done right. I would highly recommend this place, but not if you are in a supreme hurry. You need to be on desert time...which means taking your time.
