This place is amazing. We saw it on the side of the road right down the street from Frontier and decided to stop in. It has a very private vibe, but we checked it out and were able to get a private tour. Apparently the two women that run it make high end custom ceramic tile and everything is inspired by nature and geometry. I think some people order tile for their kitchens and bathrooms, but seems like they do a lot of large scale installation at resorts and hotels and whatnot. It's a tile showroom and production space as well. It feels super mystical when you're inside and they were working on a large mural at the time. Definitely check it out, it's such a gem.

This place is magical and wholly unique. AK’s vision has such depth and beauty, this is a whole new, deeply elevated kind of ceramics and tile. I am OBSESSED. AK has vision, grace, and the quality of this tile is second to none. Go visit this studio, you will not be sorry!

The attention to detail and one of a kind designs bring a whole new vibe to art of tiles that I’ve never seen before. What an incredible place!! I recently discovered this gem of a tile company while visiting Joshua Tree. This is not a typical tile company, they are artists. The owners design the tiles to be laid out in various patterns and you can choose which layout you vibe with most. They’re absolutely gorgeous. They also have a tile gallery inside which is really cool. If you're seeking one-of-a-kind tiles that redefine spaces and spark creativity, this company is a must-visit. Plus, their team is very professional, responsive and will make your ordering process effortless. Highly highly recommended!
