Unfriendly during the day and they regularly stop selling beer 15-20 minutes early at night. Visit the circle k across the street

If I could describe this 7/11 , I would. Lady sees me drop my slurpee and tells, heck even insist or demands me to get a new one. How cool was that? The chicken here is always good, flavored up. The staff are all so reasonable its amazing that their friendly. THANKS 711.

The two women who are working there are just arguing and not helping you! They know who to hire for the job so they can give you good service.

I would avoid this 7-eleven at all costs. I did not know when I first moved here and stopped here so my mother could grab something from the store. A guy behind my elder mother in line, started cussing at her, calling her names and derogatory terms out of no where. Everyone else in the store including the cashier working, looked away as if nothing was happening or that they just didnt want to get involved.

I can't say enough good things about this 7-Eleven location. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere thanks to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff.
The employees here go above and beyond to ensure every customer has a positive experience. Whether you need assistance finding an item, have a question, or just want to chat, they are always happy to help with a genuine smile.
The store itself is well-organized, clean, and well-stocked with all the essentials you'd expect from 7-Eleven. They have a great selection of snacks, drinks, and hot foods that are perfect for a quick bite.
What really sets this location apart is the outstanding customer service provided by the staff. They truly make you feel valued and appreciated as a customer. It's a level of service that is increasingly rare these days.
I highly recommend this 7-Eleven to anyone in the Aurora area. Stop in and experience the difference that friendly, caring employees can make. You won't be disappointed! This is how convenience stores should operate.

Very bad experience with the person who serves Latin people, discriminates against them, buys a product and does not return the full change and begins to offend you

If I could give zero stars I would! I went to this location a week ago and prepaid $50 for gas and my tank only took $34.01, but they still charged me $50 on my card, didn’t give back the difference. I have never had this issue at any other 7-eleven or competing gas stations or using pre-pay. It’s wrong to steal money from your customers!
The Circle K across the street is much better, friendly staff and they don’t steal your money.

I watched as a gentleman was Questioning his change and that he was missing money and how the clerks disrespected him said vulgar statements to him, because they claimed they gave him the right change and never gave him a receipt. I will no longer be doing business at the 7-Eleven. Please spend your money elsewhere.

Went into this store to buy a quick cup of coffee on Sunday morning December 17th 2023 and walked up to the counter to pay, the sales clerk that was at the register while I was in the middle of a Apple Pay transaction left the register to open a second register to help another customer behind me while leaving me waiting several minutes to finish my sale which apparently she had to start over, the first attempt didn’t go through because she left the register to give her attention to another customer who was behind me in line. That customer was served and out the door before I was, this sales clerk thought it’d be better to operate two cash registers for only two people in line. It’s better to take care of each customer as they’re in line instead of trying to multitask making service worse instead of more efficient. If she needed more assistance she should’ve called another clerk from the backroom.

I went in there to use the restroom and get food and I had to get a code for the restroom which was fine with me however while I was using said restroom someone got the code and walked in at the worst possible time. There is no communication to who is in the restroom and nothing to lock it from the inside to avoid this issue. I wad so mad and embarrassed that I had to walk out it was around 10:45 am at this location on the 4th of December

I'll tell you what, this has git to be the best late night/early morning munchies options out there. And that is only for one reason. The stellar work of the one they call Yay. Yay keeps his hot window stacked with delicious looking snacks. His food looks better than any 7-11 I've been too and that includes the peak time when it should be the very best. He has a welcoming attitude and will shoot the hits with you while jumping between the two registers to keep the line moving. In this day and age of overall lack and sometimes flat out non existent customer service Yay at the Alameda and Potomac location is a welcomed, taste of how.things used to be. If I owned that location, I'd do everything in my wheelhouse to ensure a dedicated employee like Yay is happy and well taken care of. I'll be willing to wager that the graveyard sales at this location are significantly better than any other convenience store with similar square footage in the metro area. That's a tough time slot to fill. Thanks Yay, I'll go out of my way to stop here in the future.

The manager of this store is an @$$, and made a rule that, "Customers can only add money to their prepaid debit cards when he's on duty. Which is never."
