Those 5 stars must be relatives. 1st time using them on 10/16/24. Dropped off suit, and 2 shirts. She said she NEVER makes a mistake. Even after noticing the ticket had 2 shirts with the suit on the receipt. She kept an attitude and didnt apologize. Stated with proof of purchase, she will refund the price of the shirt, and still insisted I never had a 2nd shirt. Pet hair all over, can barely understand english. Horrible customer service!!

I took my quilt here for laundering. $35 later, I brought it home to find the dirt and spots still there. I stuffed it into my washer with a bit of spot cleaner, and it came out clean. I also asked 3 times that it not have fragrance, but of course, they used detergent with fragrance. I can smell it 20 feet away. I give them 2 stars for the fact that they are nice people, and I love there little doggies. They may do well on other things, but don't waste your money on bedding.

Really upset. I dropped a suit off to be cleaned and pressed on Thursday. They said it would be ready by Saturday. The receipt they gave me said pickup Saturday after 5pm. However they close on Saturday at 5pm. I showed up to pick up the suit at 4:45 and they were closed. I needed that suit for Saturday night.

I have taken two formal dresses here for alterations (hemming) and they always do an amazing job! They also cleaned my wedding dress after our ceremony and it came back spotless. I love seeing their dog Rosie as well. Overall, A+ service and quality work.

I have been a customer of theirs for a couple of years now, and it is safe to say they will be my preferred dry cleaning place for many more years to come.
I have made some pretty difficult requests for them with my clothing on multiple occassions. From buttons in the most difficult of spots to place on bomber jackets, to adding extra padding to hockey undershirts and pants, I have asked for modifications that most places would turn down, but they happily accepted the challenge every single time. And from every single request, came a product that was exactly what I wanted and exceptional in quality. I continue to completely and happily trust them with high quality garments to clean and repair as I have in the past (Such as Lululemon, Alpha industries, Warroad, and various suits and casual wear) Their stitching and additions onto my hockey gear have survived the brutal treatment it gets on a full season of high level hockey, and continues to survive with 0 issues. And all my garments have had no flaws or issues since being modified/cleaned. I will highly reccommend anybody to them for any cleaning/modifications/repairs to anybody because I know and trust that there will always be quality into whatever product they receive back. And if it doesn't meet a satisfactory standard, they will work with you to make sure it is to what you want. With any work of quality, however, comes the element of patience. If you want quality, you must give them time to produce quality work. I believe their timeframes are always reasonable and if they need more time, it is always for a good and understandable reason.

For Cleaning, repairs, and modifications to anything clothing related, GO TO THIS PLACE, THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOUR CLOTHES!!!

They are amazing with alterations. They were able to alter my daughter’s cosplay skirt and it fits perfectly now. They are also great at smaller alterations and overall dry cleaning. I wouldn’t take my clothes anywhere else.Services: Clothing alterations & repairs

One of the best and least expensive drycleaners in the Aurora area. The service is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful.I needed some clothes cleaned up for a business trip and only had a day but they took care of it understanding my urgency and best of all — the cost is actually lower and the cleaning quality is great.

The store hours clinger to the window says Mon-Friday 7:30 am to 6:30 pm. Apparently to get the real store hours you need to look it up online. This normally wouldn’t be a big deal, but this cleaners is an Amazon pick up location. I get off work at 6 pm and work 10 minutes away. To my surprise the location is closed. Now my own personal business is set back because I decided to trust store hours.

I had an awesome experience as a first time customer. I need a zipper repaired on a purse. They had it done in a week and they did a great job. They are a little pricey if you use a credit card. Bring cash. I will go back for alterations and dry-cleaning. Friendly staff. Parking in the front of the store.

Ambassador cleaners are the most efficient, timely, attentive to detail and do what they promise to do in such a way that your clothing looks as if new and alterations are precise. I have had several expensive designer purses in the past that needed cleaning and I usually ended up paying a lot of money for a purse that either got ruined or wasn't cleaned well. I took a chance and took a light color, fabric Coach purse to Ambassador Cleaners and I'm so happy I did! My purse looked brand new, it was cleaned so well!! And the price was very reasonable!
