DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! This is the most unprofessional service I have ever received. The first time I had an appointment scheduled with Eric, he messaged me 5 minutes before the appointment to cancel claiming he had car troubles (I live 30 minutes away and was already outside the salon). I gave him the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. He showed up 20 minutes late to the follow up appointment (again, with 5 minutes notice). I was happy with the haircut so I decided to book another appointment with him 6 months later. Due to his poor track record, after scheduling through the portal, I reached out to him through text message and he confirmed the appointment. The day of, I reached out again but received no reply. When I arrived for my appointment, he was already working on 2 other clients and completely ignored me for 40 minutes. When he finally acknowledged me, he claimed the portal had a glitch and didn't have me on his schedule, despite me receiving multiple confirmation texts and emails from the software and him personally. It's safe to say I will not be returning for a fourth round of disappointment.

Eric did a great job with my hair color and cut! I am very satisfied and thankful that Eric is very detailed and takes his time to do it right. Note that his salon is located inside Sola Salon and it's very bright and clean.

I came to Eric because my hairdresser cut (short) my hair twice when I asked for trims. ? I had trust issues because of this but when I read the reviews from other customers saying that Eric listened to them I decided to put my trust in him. I clearly communicated what I wanted, Eric was patient and listened, asked questions and we agreed to proceed. I'm so happy to report that I'm super pleased. I got exactly what I wanted. It's a trim and he gave my ends a blunt cut that I wanted but barely took off any of the length. I'm thrilled!

Horrible booking experience, if your slot isn’t actually available that you select online he will text you and tell you to rebook online for actual time. Then the address in google takes you to a complete different building. Called twice 15 minutes early to get directions for first appointment no answer. Texted him and told him to cancel appointment by my appointment time because this was an ordeal and then received a text back 15 mins after scheduled appointment time. Was not only charged a cancellation fee still, but it’s was over said 20-25% of what appointment Would have cost.

Eric is absolutely phenomenal. Took the time to discuss what I was looking for and how I wanted to style my hair- shampoo wash (always my favorite part) and then gave me an absolutely amazing cut followed by a glamorous style all for a very reasonable price. Immediately booked my husband an appointment with him. Truly grateful for the cut and experience.

I have to admit that I usually depend on reading ratings rather than posting ratings myself. That said, I absolutely want to give Eric, At Confessions Hair Design at Studio R, the highest rating I can. It has been years since I have gone to an actual stylist, and felt it was time to find someone who understands what I want, how I want to appear, and how to obtain that look with my hair. And since it had been so long, I was really cautious about whom I chose to work with me. So I researched and researched, and Confessions Hair Design at Studio R kept coming up as one of the best. Not only did Eric ask me questions about what I really wanted, he truly listened to what I was saying, then asked more questions, and he offered me - not advice - but guidance on what to do to care for and style it after I got home. Have I mentioned that my haircut was EXACTLY what I was thinking of?!? How did he know? I mean, Really!!! I love it! Eric has a ton of experience and he knows what he is doing. I highly recommend trusting Eric with your styling needs!

Nice Salon. Clean, nice vibe. I received a haircut from Eric and he did a wonderful job. This was My first time going here and I had not gotten a Hair cut in so long! He fixed my hair and gave it life again. The pricing is very decent and not crazy. Also there are other services here like nails and threading.
