To be honest my experience with the dealer and shop has been doing good. But unfortunately the car that I bought had a lot of mechanical issues and I’m still awaiting for they fixes it. All the staff has been doing great but I’m not sure if I’ll choose this shop again to buy other car.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent handling of an extended warranty claim regarding my 2015 Tundra I purchased from Inifty of Denver
During the purchase, I was sold an extended warranty as part of the vehicle's financing agreement
Recently, I experienced a significant issue with my truck's engine, which required a complete replacement. When I attempted to have the repair covered under the warranty, I was informed that the claim was denied due to the truck being equipped with a lift and larger tires. This was cited as a modification that voided the warranty coverage.
I want to make it unequivocally clear that I did not install the lift kit or any modifications to the truck. The vehicle was sold to me in this condition by infinity of Denver , including the lift that is so called installed on my truck. It is, therefore, deeply concerning that infinity of Denver would sell me a truck with pre-existing modifications and, at the same time, sell me an extended warranty that explicitly excludes coverage for those very modifications.
This situation has caused significant financial and emotional distress, as I was led to believe that the extended warranty would provide comprehensive coverage for major repairs. I feel that infinity of Denver misrepresented the terms and conditions of the warranty and failed to disclose material information regarding the compatibility of the warranty with the vehicle's condition at the time of sale.
I am requesting the following actions be taken immediately:
1. **Refund of Extended Warranty Purchase:** If the warranty is not honored, I demand a full refund of the cost of the extended warranty, as it was sold under false pretenses.
2. **Correction of Sales Practices:** Infinity of Denver must cease the practice of selling vehicles with modifications that void warranty coverage without clear and explicit disclosure to the buyer.
Please be advised that if these issues are not resolved to my satisfaction within 14 days of receiving this letter, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action to protect my rights as a consumer. I am prepared to seek damages, including legal fees, if necessary.
I trust that infinity of Denver will take this matter seriously and address my concerns promptly. I look forward to your prompt response.

Work with Clark he is an amazing worker he communicates effectively and always lets me know the status of my repair. He is very knowledgeable and has great work ethic and an immense amount of experience. He will always make sure the job gets done 100% correctly. He has gone above and beyond for my vehicle and its repairs and we appreciate Clark so much!

I had a new seat installed in my vehicle and the wiring harness didn't match the old seat. The technician took the time to swap the harness and the lower seat cover. His work was above and beyond his normal duties.

Had my oil change recently. I had great experience with the service department (Chris and Dominic). They found an issue with the brake system and they were on top of it to get it fix as quickly as they can. Very easy to schedule and with their loaner service it makes it easier to service your car and do your work. Overall excellent customer service.

Having business here has been nothing but a hassle. I would give double 00 stars if possible. They may take pride in there 3000 reviews And 4.6 stars but that doesn’t mean they can treat 1 customer bad and be ok. The finance manager Karen K. is so unprofessional I also spoke to a gentleman Roman to complain and it was even worse. I definitely would not recommend purchasing any vehicles from them. The customer service there is the worst after the purchase of a car. This was my 1st and last time purchasing from them. Makes my experience of a 1st time owner of Infiniti never want to purchase another one. Karen K. and Roman try and justify and make excuses for every problem brought to their attention. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB because this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I may be just another customer to them, but I’m still a human being. AS I STATED THEIR RESPONSE WAS THEY TRIED TO REACH OUT AND ABOUT THE REFUND. ALWAYS A EXCUSE. ITS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY FOR THE CUSTOMERS LIKE IT IS FOR YOU. ITS ABOUT THE RESPONSE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUT WAS ELSE WOULD THEY RESPOND TO TRY AND LOOK AS IF THE CUSTOMER WAS AT FAULT.

I consider myself a hard person to deal with when purchasing a vehicle. I had several dealerships who would never call me back! I even had several salespeople who stopped calling me because I was asking for too much information. I’m 600 miles from Infiniti of Denver, Leshun Veasley was my salesperson and he took the time to get me EVERY answer to my many questions. On top of that Leshun was very professional from start to finish, even notified me when my Audi was picked up by the trucking company. If you’re in the market for a new or a quality used vehicle, I highly recommend Infiniti of Denver!! It’s hard to find honest and quality people in the car business, I found everyone from Finance to Sales to be maybe the BEST I’ve ever dealt with in this industry! Congratulations to Chris who is the dealer principal on putting together such an amazing team!!

Dropped car off, got a loaner car, very nice. Had a full list of things to do, got them done as promised. Bill was as promised. Picked up my car, and it was detailed. I'll be a customer for a long time.
