If you don’t think the economy is struggling… Look at Canvas. Banks are hard up for money. Repossessing cars barely 30 days past due. Refusing to help customers, leaking up fees to impose on debtors. Customer service is nothing like I have ever seen. They are hard up for money. Shooting in the dark to see what they can get. Buyer beware…. DO NOT!!! Just DON’T!

Came in today and was blown away by how beautiful it looks in inside. Gentlemen by the name of Amirhelped me with what I needed swiftly and was courteous. I was in and out in a few minutes.

This branch makes me cringe. Last month, I used the drive thru as a hopeful convenience. If you were hoping to get your hair braided, then yes, it would have been. I waited just a little over 2 minutes for a teller to answer the call and tube just so I could get a pen. I had to wait until one of the tellers' hair was done getting braided. Then, after I sent my signed check, it was another 12 min. I was the only car in line for the first 85% ish of my wait. Even goung inside the personnel seem fake and non helpful. With the personal and round counters, it makes it feel less personal.A member of 12 years, no longer.

I walked into the Aurora Branch to speak with a business banker to open 3 business accounts after moving from Ohio, and they told it would be a week and a half before the next avaliable appointment. I crossed the street and walked into Chase and opened a business account and applied for a $500k credit line in 30 min. As a CSU alumni I am so incredibly disappointed we are associated with a bank that is so poorly managed that they can't even provide better customer service then a massive bank like Chase.

Running errands with a special needs toddler can be daunting. I was so grateful that Danica was quick to accommodate our needs without blinking an eye. For once, we didn’t feel like an inconvenience. Thank you for your kindness.

I really enjoy banking at Canvas. I love their app and use it almost every day. They have great products for any range, my favorite of which is the level up checking. The customer service has been top tier every time I’ve gone in and they were very responsive and helpful when I had fraud on my account. I’m a former PSCU customer and I’m very happy with Canvas.

They’re the worst! This bank was way better when it was Public Service. Mobile app is terrible hate that it’s so hard to put your card on Apple Wallet they locked me out of Zelle for months. Their “24 hour ATM” is always temporarily unavailable, everything sucks. Except for a guy named James. He’s nice and very helpful unlike his coworkers

I am not even a customer. I went in to try to open an account. The first thing I was told that they were in their lunch block, and the earliest they could schedule me was not till next week. Awesome customer service.

This is the WORST BANK EVER!!!! I've been with them for probably a little over 10 years now. It was a bit better when it was PSCU but now is a s***t show. From their local branch rep to phone rep. Thursday March 2nd, 2023 went into this branch to reapply for a line of credit since I closed it out in 2013. Gisele at this branch, applied my app, was judgmental with an attitude of disgust like "why are you banking with us?" Her attitude and emotion was written on her face and response. After all the standard questionnaire, she and another guy didn't bother to give me a time frame. I had to ask them when and how will they reach out to me. She stated that I will hear from them after 24 hours. Next day no call or email, so I waited for 1 week and still no respond. Called their customer service, they said that my app was not submitted for review. They had to resubmit my app and told me to call back after 2 hours, however, this time they were nice enough to call back and approved my app same day. Afterward, the rep told me there would be some electronic docs to sign and I should receive it next hour. Didn't see any docs so I waited patiently for another 24 hours. Next day called their unprofessional and negligence customer service line again. Finally, received those docs but stupid thing couldn't ID me because of previous living that I don't remember the address to. And so this is the last time I called and for Heather to just tell me to go into my local branch, bring proof of ID and sign those docs. I was beyond upset, so I told her that I longer want to bank with them. And I'm not kidding, she said "I can close your account for you over the phone." Amazing that I don't need to ID myself to closed my account over the phone. I'm not being dramatic or anything but every single staff from Canvas CU is absolutely unprofessional, judgmental, unreliable, and negligent. Please everyone take your business and money somewhere else.

The new design of the lobby seems to be leading to longer wait times and dealing with sensitive financial info right next to the other register and seeing the computer screen of the teller feels........ wrong?

Went in for a rather complicated CD renewal-some-cashout-and-add-from-Tier. Teller Giselle was great, only 1 explanation and I was done. Staff here is always nice.
