I have never had a bad experience there.
The store is great and it’s rare to find a place where you walk in and are instantly greeted.
If they don’t have it. You can get it quickly.

The absolute rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. I will NEVER come here again. On my way home from work but will gladly find somewhere else to shop. Not to mention the dirtyness of the place. Do not come here.

Went looking for a specific beer, unfortunately it's a seasonal and they didn't carry it. No big deal, otherwise it's a decent store. Little more expensive than my usual spot, but the woman working the counter was at least friendly.

Preparing for a recent backyard party with a large group of friends, I encountered a unique challenge. To complete my beverage menu, I needed "Crabbie's Original Ginger Beer," a specific item that had proven elusive after checking at six different local liquor stores. My search led me to "Serenity Ridge Liquors" in southeast Aurora, where I had the pleasure of meeting Suzy, an exceptional customer service representative. Suzy's level of service exceeded my expectations, as she not only acknowledged the unavailability of the item but also displayed genuine concern for my predicament. She took the extra step of promising to check on its availability and took down my contact details. To my astonishment, Suzy later called to inform me that they had just received a shipment of "Crabbie's" and offered to reserve it for my convenience. My experience at "Serenity Ridge Liquors" was truly exceptional, thanks to Suzy's personal attention and commitment to ensuring the success of my party. Although I'm not a frequent visitor to liquor stores, I am now a loyal customer and will happily share my positive experience with friends.

I used to run into a few really nice employees and even though they are pricey I don't mind. Went today and it seems like the A$$40!3 squad took over and the owner seems to be very antisocial. In fact, he seems to get irritated at the employees that treat customers like customers instead of business. Note to owner, chill the PhK out... there are places where people are not welcome wit that attitude of yours. That was the last time I ever go there and I used to spend at least $90 a week there, even drive the extra 2 miles. Nope, I will be using the store next to Orange Theory and Chik-filla because they treat customers with respect

I have no beef with this store or the owners/employees. My complaint is regarding the PIF (public improvement fee) that is added to the receipt. In April 2023, I bought a $100 bottle of scotch and was charged $3 PIF , which by the way is also subject to sales tax. A week later I bought 2 more of the same scotch for $200, expecting a 3% PIF charge, however the receipt shows $7.20. Apparently they are using an ascending scale on the PIF percentage.I understand that shopkeepers may be forced to apply this fee by the landlord, but it needs to be clearly shown upon entry to the store so that shoppers can decide if we want to continue supporting this sort of thievery.
