Everyone I worked with at Stevinson Toyota East in Aurora was top-teir. Starting with Matt Mirande helping me buy a Hyundai Tucson to the manager, Justin, and Dillon in finance. Matt was phenomenal. He took great care of us from start to finish. He was extremely communicative and did everything possible to ensure satisfaction. 10/10 would buy a car from him again. Dillon was so professional and made the financing quick and easy. I really appreciated the team here.

Kevin Tran is an amazing sales person! Yet, he was not the one that sold me my Toyota Tacoma. I WISH HE WAS!! He is very knowledgeable about purchasing a vehicle, service maintenance and the contract attached. He took the time to explain how a lease works and the process of what to expect when its time for scheduled maintenance. There needs to be more people like him! He truly is amazing. I can tell you that Kevin will be the one selling me my next vehicle!
Sales Manager Brian Sears, Thanks for stepping up and taking care of me. Getting me the paperwork i was missing. Now i can make my payment.
Sad to say that the sales guy and Finance manager Dillion were just interested in a sale and not really there to help me.

This dealership was very good to me, trading in two trades to get me into the right car at the monthly payment I needed to stick to. I now have my dream truck and couldn't be happier. Their service department is busy, as all of them are but they do a lot better than other brands I've used (IE Jeep).

Be careful! Ben will talk you into buying extended maintenance and will promise you can call him anytime but won’t pick up the phone when you need him. Don’t waste your time and money!

We talked to Matt about a 2019 Ford F150 they had online. He informed us that they had an appointment coming into look at it but if we were interested in buying it, we could do so online. We did make the purchase online, chose to sign paperwork in the store and would be in at noon to finish the deal. 2 hours later Matt called back and said we needed to start the online purchase again but THIS TIME we had to sign online. Unfortunately, by the time we began the process AGAIN, my husband Randy received a text from Matt saying the vehicle had been sold. If this is how they do business take your business elsewhere.

They do not follow through and their word means nothing. We purchased a car with with hail damage with the agreement that they would repair the damage. We have been trying for weeks to get Alexi and Judd to follow through and they just won’t. Our experience is incredibly disappointing and I would never purchase a car from them again.

Ordered a part for my 2008 Corolla and they called me a few days later that it was in. A bit hard to get to as it’s being remodeled but worth the trip.

I was very pleased with the great service here. My sales agent, Olga was phenomenal in helping me get what I needed. She was very polite and knowledgeable about the whole car purchasing process.
