Had a good experience purchasing the vehicle. Troy and Jessie were good to work with and were flexible on the deal. However, after purchasing we found a strut issue that was missed on their inspection. The car was advertised as a certified used car. Have tried for two weeks to talk with someone and have left multiple messages and emails. Each time getting a “we tried to call”. I do not believe this. Even if my cell phone did not ring unknown number, they never left any messages with working call back numbers. Lesson is be very cautious working with them. Finally got ahold of the service manager and he came through and fixed my issue.

I called for service on a Ariya and I was advised to return to the dealership where I originally purchased my vehicle. However, since I now live closer to Tynan Nissan, I called them instead. Unfortunately, the representative showed no interest in hearing about my issue or offering any assistance. It’s clear they don’t value my business now or in the future. Based on this experience, I won’t consider buying or leasing a vehicle from them once my current lease ends.

Had a great experience with Jesse. He was knowledgeable about all my questions and made the process as easy as possible. I was able to trade in my old car and drive home with my new one the same day which I was super excited about. Happy with my experience and my new vehicle.

Do you hate car shopping? If so, go to Tynan's Nissan and you will change your mind. Specifically, you should ask for the salesman named Jesse. He was not pushy whatsoever, was extremely patient, calm, relaxed, and was upright and honest. He found us a great car at an amazing price in such a short painless amount of time. Definitely will come back here for our next car.

Great experience. I bought a new vehicle that had hail damage so was selling for a big discount. From the trade-in amount to the final sale amount and process everything went smoothly. No pressure or haggling. I dealt with Jesse and he was great to deal with.
