The owner, Doug, was so helpful. I bought a record that was skipping (from another store) and he helped me trouble shoot the issues with my machine. He took the time to educate me about the downsides of my machine - I wish I had chatted with him before I bought it. Now I know where to go to chat before I invest in my next one! Thank you!

I always have a great experience at Absolute. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices on used records are fantastic and, most importantly to me, their record grading is accurate. This is the place to go for your vinyl needs.

We have been to Absolute Vinyl on a couple of occasions and both times were impressed by what we found there. On the first trip we left with a new turntable; on the second we found several LPS. The owner is as knowledgeable as he is passionate about recordings, equipment, and music of all types. A very satisfying experience.

I really enjoyed visiting Absolute Vinyl Records and Stereo. . The owner, Doug, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He even played the record I was purchasing, which confirmed the quality was excellent.

I can definitely confirm the other low reviews related to the sheer unhelpfulness and pretentiousness of the older man who is the tech. I happened in looking for a receiver and he started rolling his eyes and waving his hands to tell me “some of these people who come in need to do more research” specifically related to the ohms of the speakers I want to drive, which to be clear I do know, rather than… asking me what they are? Offering advice of what they should be? This after annoyed turning down the music in the shop as if it were my fault they were playing it. No attempt to make a sale, or even be helpful, completely in contrast to the other female clerk.
