I cannot believe the changes at this Macy's store. The store is a huge mess. It doesn't seem like there is any management at this location. It's summer and they still have the winter clothes out. Nothing is organized. This store no longer resembles a department store.

So I'm shopping here and Nikki Minaj is playing over head. Starships. Ok song but not when I'm shopping w my kids. F who you want and f who you like - you lying little mother f'er. Not appropriate. Come on. Common sense.

Terrible location, never any cashiers or people to help. Store is always a mess and the dressing rooms are outdated and dirty. This store needs serious help.
