I always end up mixing my own McFlurry. I ordered a shamrock Oreo with extra Oreo. I got green syrup pooling on top of my McFlurry and very little Oreo . The bottom 60% was vanilla soft serve .

Empoyees are forced to ask if you will be using the mobile app. If they serve the other cars before you it's because there's two different people using the drive through comms, and the one you have is having an issue with the computer, the managers are incredibly rude and terrible. Often get the wrong order and the food falls on the ground and they don't care. The employees are treated very poorly by management and harassed. The manager Dora is especially cruel and difficult.

This store is a joke. The “manager” wears hoodies and stretch pants and no one speaks English. This used to be my go to location but not anymore. The only English speaking person that works there is a guy that does drive through in the mornings. Sad the owners let it get this bad. If you work in a service industry you should at least be able to effectively communicate with English speaking customers but that’s not how this place is ran. If you speak English don’t go to this one. Terrible terrible terrible. They def don’t value their customers and the “manager” is rude, disrespectful and abusive to customers and her employees.

The workers don’t listen a lot of them don’t even speak English and look at you crazy if you want hot food that you’ve paid for. It’s crazy customer service sucks

These guys forgot about me in the drive through. Had me park because my nuggets were not ready. Fine, I get that. But after 15 minutes and multiple cars getting served, where is my food? I went in and asked. Not one had any idea what happened. I got my money back, no food, and was late for my appointment and now super irritated. Mostly because no one had any idea what happened and didn't offer any solutions to fix it.

McDonald haver mostly become Godforsaken 3rd world hell holes. No people to serve you. Kiosk prices that couldn't be more cumbersome and unclear without a planning team. Bathrooms, where do I start. Dirty, smelly and today the added experience of no water. So soup on my hands but a sink that won't provide water.I used to frequent McDonalds as much as 10 times weekly. Now I do about 1-2 times a month and usually leave wondering why I did.I'm not from the 3rd world so maybe that explains my standards.

We do a lot of traveling and we often visit the McDonald's near our hotel we've had several problems with the food not once, but twice, so on our way to the hotel we stopped by and complained about everything. Our food was replaced and just as I was taking the last bag of food a server shouted we won't be replacing this anymore. Well okay we won't be coming back to your establishment. I do care how many times you mess up my food, and I am coming back each and everytime you do. Are you implying that you'll only replace my food once, but twice your staff did just that messed up my order. Poor management and staffing that definitely needs to be replaced.
