Gift shop is like an open trailer of dollar store goods. They really should get someone from marketing and sales to give the place a makeover

Had a great time, we had tickets for 1215p, we had to line up, and we were only allowed to enter at the ticketed time. Once we got into the park, we decided to wait the 45mins for Santa to come back from lunch but it was worth it because we were 3rd in line and had that out of way and the rest of the day to enjoy the park.We saw the magic show and both enjoyed it.Ride lines weren't long and went quickly except for the zip line, which was about an hour wait but we still managed to get all the rides in, although we skipped over the little kid rides.Didn't eat any food, so I can't speak on that.Santa pictures were $14 for 2- 5x7We will definitely be back!

Drove all the way out there just to be told we couldnt purchase a ride arm band for our son because they’d be closing in a little over an hour! This was infuriating as there’s NO signs or online information stating anywhere that they will refuse you to ride the rides if you arrive around an hour before closing. We had our 3 year old who desperately wanted to ride a few of the rides right by the entrance and they wouldn’t allow us to buy a ride arm band. The Santa was nice though, and the gift shop was ok. The bathrooms were mostly clean as well, and they did have a nursing station although I didn’t look inside. It was a waste of a trip as we mainly went just for the rides. Super furious that this was our experience on a day that was supposed to be so special for our son!The only positives were that the Santa was SO friendly and looked amazing, and the whole set up around Santa in his cabin was beautiful, but we weren’t there to do Santa photos so it was a waste of time for us, but our 3 year old liked talking to him.

My family absolutely loves coming here every year before Christmas.?? It is a tradition of ours to see Santa, get a photo and buy an ornament. In addition to the festive atmosphere, we love the shops and food. When the kids were younger they enjoyed a variety of youth rides and a petting zoo area. There are still a few rides that we could ride ( like the sled ride) and we do. Mostly, we go for the hot chocolate, hot cider, funnel cakes, ornaments, shopping and spending time together as a family. Visiting the North Pole gets us in the holiday spirit and kicks off the month of December. If you're attending this park, make sure that you check the day(s) that you are interested in attending. Purchasing tickets ahead of time is really important. The policies have changed over the years but most recently, tickets are released Monday mornings at 5:00am for peak days. If you need a specific day you will need to monitor both release dates and weather. Because of its elevation, it can get very cold. If you are going to go on a cold day, snow pants, snow boots, hats, coats and gloves are a must. You can balance the cold by stopping off in one or more of the shops but in order to enjoy the park you will want to be warm. It is always better to be over prepared. If you need to drop something off at your car you can and still return to the park. I would definitely recommend this theme park as a fun and festive holiday must!

I went here back in 1986. I was 6 years old. I remember being so happy. The one thing that stuck in my memory, was the giant slide. I'm glad that it is still there or I wouldn't been able to figure out which place I went to.

Nice experience for the little ones. Very old school which I love . I would just say it does need a bit of a touch-up. The old school vibe makes it a very unique experience, nostalgic for the adults and a new experience for the young ones. However, the eateries do need some remodeling. Also, they do close early during the winter and employees/rides operators are literally out the door by 4:20pm. Very nice employees though, kind and personable for sure.

This place was cool my family had a great time it feels like Santa Workshop. It is all a little outdated but that was fine the hardest part about coming here was walking around. some of the paths seemed to be straight-up hills and most of those hills are very steep so be prepared for that i will be bringing my familey back next Christmas

The North Pole is a trip back in time, which is what gives this place its charm. A friendly staff, classic fun rides for the kids.

This is such a great place for families!!! You know what is so great? It is a place to show your kids and grandkids how the Baby Boomer generation entertainment was simple but new concepts. It opened in in 1956. In 1957 I came as a 4 year old and brought our daughters back in 1984. Today our entire family was here to bring our 3 grandchildren. Blessed with light snow, cold temps and a friendly staff. You should definitely put this on your list to bring your family!

Santa was VERY disappointing. It was my 2 year old daughter’s first time where she understands the concept of Santa and it was disheartening to walk in to Santa on his phone, didn’t acknowledge my daughter at all. Took the picture and that was it. My husband had to be the one to initiate conversation telling our daughter to tell Santa what she wanted. Disappointed to say the least.

So, I am going to say that I highly recommend purchasing your ticket in advance. I arrived and they were sold out for the day.To their credit they post a huge sign, that's easy to read from your car if you drive down that far in the parking lot or as you are walking to the ticket area if you parked further away. They do have a place at the main entrance where they could post it which would make more sense; this would save you from parking, walking in, only to be turned away...It's also confusing because the information says it is free but when you arrive at the park it says it is $32.00, I can't recall if there was any change or not. But they need to ensure that the online information is correct. There are other things to do in the area if you take your chances and pay at the gate

Place was ok. Except when the adults think it is ok to stand in another line for their kids while they ride another ride. Holding up the line!!! This group in the photo all did it. And extended the zip line ride by 5 more riders!!! Pictured are the cutters. Old enough to know better.
